They would not discount their chairs, even though I have to wait up to 3 months (unknown delivery), to get one. I did not like finding out there is only a 1 year labor warranty on the chair. And, the chairs are framed on OSB, which is junk. But, my wife wanted them, so I bought them against my better thoughts. So, I brought the chairs home. The foot rest would not lock out every time. I thought there was a burr or something and would start working. After about week or so it would still not lock up. I called them and they told me I had a week after I got it to report it, and I was several days past that, so it would cost me $100 to fix it and they would cover the parts. That is pretty sorry. And when I turned it upside down to look at it, I saw they used wafer board to frame it. That junk doesn't even burn good. Lazy Boy is not the company now that they built their reputation on. I suggest Flex Steel if you have to buy new recliners.

Purchased a sofa from this location. Had to wait several weeks to receive it because it was a special order. It is the most poorly constructed sofa I have ever owned! The upolstery job was not good and the padding in the arms was so thin you could feel the wood beneath. i do not blame the employees at the store, but the manufacturer. if this is how they make all their furniture, I will never purchase another La-Z-boy product.

Was 5 stars on store, but lazboy itself is receiving 1 ... after a year and half the footrest has started coming unsewed, but the warranty only covers rips and tears. Manufacturers warranty, which is the sewing part, is only for a year. On cloth, I could understand, but leather is different. Then, the girl who's over the warranty department for this area is rude and disrespectful. The brand is not what it used to be.Post when purchased:What a great store and wonderful people! Sadly, I stopped here last after 7 days of buying and returning furniture that we didn't like once we got it home. From now on, this is our only stop! Mr Mark Wienshienk drew the short straw and got to be our go to guy. Sorry Mr Mark, but I did warn you!We are picky. If we are going to spend hard earned money we want it to be exactly what we want. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations. Quality and price! Our issue became choosing ONE! There are so many great options!Thank you La-Z-Boy for being everything a furniture store should be.Thank you Mr Mark for putting up with us.The Ingram's couldn't be happier. ?

Joseph Smith is an awesome salesman!! We went in looking for a recliner and he knew exactly what we needed just by looking at us. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He even stayed after a few minutes to sell the chair and then go the extra mile to wrap it and load it for us. The chairs felt amazing as always and it was a great experience.

Ordered "LazyBoys" on Thursday October 21st, were "suppose" to come in on the next Tuesday. Made arrangements to be off to pick up on 28th, oh they are not here. Grrr. Then they offer free delivery....but wait it won't be till 2 more weeks go by. I take off work and wait at home for 4 hrs. No phone call or notification. I'm canceling the charges on my CC. These people are liars. It's now been 3 weeks no furniture at home. This was our first and last time shopping here. I took 2 days off of work for nothing! Lost money on my paycheck and NO Furniture. I just love sitting in a folding chair in my living room. What a waste of time. Go somewhere else to shop. I'm giving 1 star for the friendliness while shopping and check out, but it was lies.

I bought 2 recliners from the Beaumont LA-Z Boy location. Had to wait almost 3 months to get them and spent about $2000 on them. The chairs were defective from the time I got them home. They told me to call a repair number with Lazy Boy. I called several times and was left on hold until I had to hang up. I finally called the store, who had the repair department call me. They want $100 just to come look at them, and they were like this from the first day I got them! What kind of scam is this! Warranty my rear end.

Our sales person Joseph Smith was terrific. He allowed us to have space, take our time and didn’t rush us like cattle to make a sale. I knew what I wanted and due to his allowing me to be left alone, shop in a relaxed manner, I was able to choose not 1 but 2 beautiful recliner rockers.
