It’s been over a week and my doctor still hasn’t signed off on my anything.So that my insurance can cover my medication.Called all week long even had the pharmacy call multiple times. It’s the lack of communication for me.But the office visit was decent.

Really bad service !!! Stagg branch got ?, then I called to the 11th branch for the injection for my 6 months baby. They said my baby case is postponed to next weeks. I explained we got a flight tomorrow but they kept say No. This is for the baby? Is it “children abuse”? Should I sue them?

I was pleasantly impressed with the care I received. Everyone was very kind and my concerns were heard and understood. The health care professional I was assigned to, I believe will work with me to resolve my medical issues.

This place tested me for strep and flue..when it came back negative they sent me HOME and said I was clear for work..they did NOT treat me with any medications. They made me wait in my car..do paper work in my car and made me see a doctor through via zoom.I then went to another doctor right after LUCKILY and they diagnosed me with bronchitis and sent me home with meds...I do not recommend this place if you are truly sick.

My entire family goes to Legacy in Beaumont. I trust Dr. Finch!!! She listens and explains everything in a way that I can understand. She has been a blessing in our lives!!

I felt cared about and respected on my first visit (yesterday) and today when I had my blood drawn. Initially I was told that I couldn’t be seen for 1-2 months, but there was miraculously a cancellation, so they called me and I came in quickly!! I’m so, so grateful for their help!

The staff at Legacy on 11th street is very helpful and friendly. Dr Finch is wonderful and caring, the best Doctor I have ever had anywhere.

I love going to legacy. The staff are friendly professional and honest. I've been going there since it was Ubicaritas in the '90s. Louis Muhammad my nurse practitioner is very honest trustworthy. This was my first time at Legacy and I'm 100 percent satisfied with the care I received both staff and Dr. Showed much care and concern , they showed me much respect. I would highly recommend this office.

Their service is excellent and they really would want to help you. They are extremely patient and made me smile and laugh even though my health isn't good. Overall, they did great!

This is a very good clinic... the staff is nice, even in the front office! The people that draw blood are great... I always have to have my blood taken from the top of my left hand and they always get it done on the first attempt with minimal pain.

I highly recommend those for LGBT it's a facility, friendly and easy flowing. Most doctors i been to, make me feel awkward because I'm a transgendered man and made it hard for me to get the care I needed.In my opinion state of Texas need some serious improvements in how they treat LGBT individuals.

The staff, from the front of the facility to the back in the patient room, are so awesome!! Courteous & patient oriented, Dr. Fench is very attentive to my concerns as a patient! 1st impressions won me over, thx for a wonderful staff!
