Second year in a row doing business with lens crafters at the Dowlen road locations. Always friendly and helpful staff. Good selection compared to other stores in the area. Will continue doing business here. Always an enjoyable experience. Did have to do the eye exam at another location, they are usually booked solid and we couldn't do the whole family at the same time. Not a deal breaker for me, next year I'll just book the eye exam a few weeks out.
