Had to switch out my jersey for a different size. The young man working that day was very helpful and professional. He took the time to go to the back to look for a certain jersey I wanted & I truly appreciated that. He delivered awesome customer service.

Here at 10:50 am and they still aren’t open, somebody was in there & I tried to get his attention and he ignored me. So I sat down to wait until 11:00 and he left, & ignored me once again.

Very poorly managed. I ordered a few custom hats and they made excuses when they couldn’t deliver what was promised. First it was Friday by 5, I leave work early to get there ... didn’t happen. Then they promised Saturday by 5pm, so I leave a birthday party early to get there ... didn’t happen. Then they say Sunday by 12:15pm so I leave church early to get there and I show up to a closed store even though I was specifically told to be there to pick up my order. I never leave negative reviews but wow this was next level bad management.

Idk if this is normal or not but I left my hat to get embroidered at 1pm she said it’ll be ready by 1:30. I come back at 2 and waited 2 hours and there’s still no one in the store (mind you it’s 4pm now). The lights are on but the gates are closed? Is the worker on a 2 hour break or....

Lids in Beaumont has the worse customer service ever. I left a hat there to get customized and the guy told me to come back in 30 mins. I told him I was in no rush and would return in a couple of days. A week later I went back to pick it up and it was not even ready. The guy said he "forgot" about the hats. He said he would have it ready in 30 minutes. I waited for it this time. He rushed and the hats look horrible !!! He was rude about the whole thing.

So my boyfriend and I go out of our way to make it to the Lids to purchase a couple hats. How is it on a Wednesday, at 5:30pm, there’s a sign on the door at Lids in Parkdale Mall that says “will return in 30 min” !? So myself along with a few other people were waiting. Everyone fell impatient and left. I stayed because I really needed to make a purchase. So and hour later at 6:20 when Miss Aaliyah, cashier number 583783, decided to casually stroll up an hour later while laugh

Drove into Beaumont to buy an overpriced hat. Two people inside. Gate shut. Asked when I could buy a hat. Person inside(Turned out to be the manager) said with an attitude, "At 1, after my lunch break". Went back after 1. Attendant helped me find the hat I wanted. At time of checkout I noticed the counter was sticky. Commented that if you're going to eat where I have to put my overpriced hat then you should clean it up. The lady waiting on me started cleaning it right then.

Too expensive,better alternatives elsewhere. In-store employees act as if they wish they were somewhere else. I personally cannot endorse this store.
