For starters, the name of the salon is not accurate. The actual business is Lily’s nails. I made an appointment the day before because I needed nails done for engagement photos. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment and argued with me that I was even at the right place. There was one person working and while I was there they turned away two people coming in. I see that others speak highly of the services offered by this place but I would be wary of booking an appointment if you are in a crunch. There are too many salons in Beaumont for this to be normal business practice for them. What frustrated me the most was I didn’t even get an apology.

I absolutely love this place! Mrs. Lily goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy! I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going here for yes. I get my lashes and nails here every two weeks!

Most wonderful nail salon I have ever been to! So clean and friendly. My daughter got a full set and I got dipped power nail and they were great. Love!!!

I went today with two friends without an appointment and they were able to take us after 15mn wait. We all had gel/dipping powder manicures and they came out amazing! The staff was very friendly and talented.

I went to Lily nails approx 2 months ago. I asked what their chrome nails in pink would look like and the young girl with the long dark hair painted two artificial nails for me to look at. When it came time to get the nails done as the sample I chose, the older lady had something totally different going on my nail. I took the acrylic sample out to show her what it was supposed to look like and all she did was ARGUE with me. Why I didn’t get up and walk out I do not know but neither the older man owner nor the younger girl acknowledged or said one word about what crazy behavior and the color she was doing was wrong. I will never go back there and if I see her in another salon, I hope they teach her how to treat customers and actually “listen” to them while saying she knows she knows. Because she surely DIDN'T KNOW!!

Mom & I visited this salon today, both for a pedicure. The salon is newly remodeled and bright. The girls who did our nails were pleasant and were happy to chat with us.
