Have ordered merchandise and it was picked up in Dallas and sent over to Houston the same day. It’s been sitting in the hub for a week and I contacted customer service and they said they would get back to me and never did. If you order something and you have a choice DEMAND they don’t use this company, I would have received it by now if they used the two most used freight companies in the country. So what can we do… not buy anything from the companies that use this courier service. There’s alternatives to the places you buy from. Let the company know you won’t purchase anything from them because of this then…. Don’t ! Buy from an alternative company that uses reliable delivery like ups or FedEx etc… when the big companies sales fall short for a few months maybe then they’ll drop this company from their “approved “ services, we’re Texans we can do it !!!!

I call them, they will not charge, I write to them by email, they do not answer. I always receive orders to the same address and I have never had problems except with them. I don't recommend them. 0 stars

I ordered a package from Shane and my status.Said attempt delivery and I was home all day and nobody came to the door I am so pissed off and there is no number to contact customer service his is ridiculous!!!!!!!

I ordered from a merchandise that uses this logistic company’s services for shipping and my experience has been awful so far. My order has been for a week now “out for delivery”. First time they attempted delivery and couldn’t for unknown reason, which is so weird bc my address is correct I even left my phone number for contact. Their customer service number straight up doesn’t work, I emailed them multiple times and got a generic response which doesn’t even state where is my package or any updates whatsoever. At this point it feels like a scam company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered from SHEIN, paid for shipping and they are using this trash company. My package has been “out for delivery” for 5 days now ??♀️? Their phone number that I & SHEIN have is bogus. Their customer service staff is dumb as dirt. Pretty sure this company is stealing customers items.

This company should be ZERO STARS.... I have never seen a more horrible shipping company than this one. I ordered merchandise through a merchant who uses LSO and first my package said Door, not able to locate my address was correct on the package they were just too lazy to deliver , so I contacted the merchant notifying them of this incident. The next day the tracking updated to out for delivery so I waited and surely the driver drove up to my house rolled down the car window and threw my package out of the window landing in front of my garage door. I was furious so I approached the driver and told her how unacceptable this action was. They are the most unprofessional people and company I have ever seen.. the customer service phone number is bogus... they have so many complaints just take a look them on the BBB website. Merchants need to stop using this garbage shipping company and use reputable companies instead. ... horrible......they should be out of business immediately. ...
