I can't tell you how much it annoys me dealing with construction. It's no winning situation because the roads need repairs but man you know they milk the work for to budget reasons. Coming from the road was nice having this truck stop. The amount of fuel pumps makes it easier for trucks to flow through. The hot food here is good. Plenty of snacks and drinks. Make sure you have your loves rewards card. All the employees were nice and acted professional. Overall my experience was pleasant.

It was hard getting to this location due to construction. Once I arrived I was greeted by the lovely staff of Tasha Gill & Sherry Kennedy. These ladies were so polite and nice during my stop stay at the store. Looking forward to returning soon.

The Beaumont Love’s Travel Stop is fairly easy get on and off from I-10. Plenty of pumps available.
Restrooms weren’t as clean as other Love’s we have visited lately.
Soda area also needed to be cleaned. Extra Large cups were empty.
Staff was friendly. Store a bit chaotic with speaker announcements.
I will probably let go to the Stuckey’s or Buccees next time I need a fuel stop in the area.
Fenced Dog park at the edge of parking area is a nice benefit.
Tip: Get ten cents off per gallon and other deals with the Love’s app

Pretty decent place has 3 restaurants in it pizza place chicken place and Arby's. Restrooms large and pretty clean, showers, large fuel island, propane fill-up

Truckers be careful. Do not use physical credit/fuel cards. Love's Travel Stop # 696 steals money from credit/fuel cards and falsificats signature. On 10/17/2025 the cashier Toya Carson charged our account manually for amount equal 120 gallon of fuel. Falsification of documents is a very serious criminal offense. We have filed the case to Beaumont Police Department against Love's Travel Stop # 696 and their cashier due to theft of funds and forgery of documents.
P.S. We reached a dispute manager of Love's, but got nowhere. Our next steps are to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, and report the crime to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Maybe the cleanest, most well maintained Love’s EVER. SUPER CLEAN BATHROOMS and store. Floors are sparkling — no toilet paper or paper towels ANYWHERE! Food selection is fresh and refrigerator section is NEAT and ORGANIZED. The employees were courteous and friendly. Just what we needed on a long day of travel 🥰

This isn't for the Love's store rather for Speedco repair shop. Been here since 11:45 and I was told that there was only one mechanic that's on duty that could look at my coolant system, however, he's out on a road call. I was told that I'll be the 1st customer soon as he gets back. It's currently 1645, approx 5 hours later and I've still haven't been helped. Why would you only have one mechanic and 4 tire/ oil changers! Its only one person out of 5 people that's here that can do a pressure test on a coolant system to find a leak!!! probably been better off sitting on the side of the road and getting a road call instead of taking the chance of driving here. If it was going to take this long or you send your mechanic back out instead of checking out my issue then a courtesy call would've been awesome and I could've took my business elsewhere. So, now I can't get home today and my future reset is messed up. Just a bit of personnel management ? I don't know but definitely will keep passing by next time. Customer service isn't servicing the customer anymore! A courtesy call would've been great, I was patient until the 5th hour of waiting without any interaction.

Some people just need to be fired. If you're gonna' act like a snotball and refuse to say hi, please, thank you, etc., then you don't deserve a job. Tay has zero customer service skills. I will NOT be coming back to this store. Hire people who know how to work!

Advertised as propane available 24/7 but when I got for propane it’s “propane won’t be available for 30 minutes” unfortunately today I didn’t have 30 minutes of only it was really 24/7
