I hardly feel like my car got cleaned. One brush wasn’t working and car was still soaked and dirty when I pulled out. Literally a waste of $18!

Let me tell you about Larry at Magic Express Wash and Lube… I have my little special needs trusty side kick Trooper 🐶 with me and I needed an oil change. So to make sure we weren’t hot while we stayed in the car to get my oil changed, he put an air conditioner vent in my car window to make sure we stayed cool!! 🥰 Then he came to the window and said “I wanna let you know that we have Women’s Wednesdays around here and you’ll get 10% off if you come on that day!!” Talk about going above and beyond!! And to put the cherry on top, there’s a FREE car wash included?!?!??!!!! I’ll never go anywhere else in this town! 5 stars aren’t enough.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place sucks horribly. No manager on site to complain to and the door leading from the front lobby to the back was wide open. I truly doubt i will here from someone but we shall see. Vacuum pressure sucks, the small wand air pressure sucks and the workers act like they don't even want to be there. I will never be back and it would take a freaking miracle to go back. This used to be a nice place and very professional but that is no longer the case. I don't want to give a star but it makes you so you can post. Horrible

Apple Maps says this place closes at 8:00pm. Google says it closed at 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:35pm. It’s closed. Either change the hours or close on time. Ugh

I finally gave this place a try again after a negative experience for one of my family members two years ago. The man who helped us (who I believe was the manager, but I did not catch his name) was so friendly. It was a super fast oil change. He even checked under the hood to make sure everything was in good condition. He informed me that my air filter needed to be replaced and was going to change it for me for a really good price (unfortunately they were out of stock of my specific type, but he said they will order more so they will have it for next time) He even showed me how to reset my oil change light and as soon as we pulled up he offered us a water! I had a great experience, and will definitely get my oil changed here next time it needs it!
