I was on medication that made me have to go to the bathroom very often and I figured I would be able to use the restroom when picking up my prescription. We'll when I asked I was told no I couldn't use the restroom with no reason as to why not. Seems very unprofessional and inconsiderate to be a customer and was denied use of the latrine and without a reason.

McMakin pharmacy compounds a medicine for me monthly and they do an exceptional job. Always happy to answer the phone and they keep you up to date and deliver when they say they will.

I called to ask a question about a medication I was prescribed to, and im not sure if I called on a bad day but the two ladies I spoke to were extremly rude and could not answer my question without a rude tone. I will not use this pharmacy ever again and will not reccomend to others.

Been using this pharmacy for years. Great people, very informative. Also would like to add that on my second visit when I walked in the door they greeted me by name. Would never even think of using anyone else in the area.

I was treated very poorly when I attempted to use McMakin pharmacy this past week. The pharmacist, Mr. McMakin said, "I can't do this you will have to go to one of the other pharmacies you have used before". There was no explanation and made me very uncomfortable almost like i was doing something wrong. It was a presciption that i have been getting filled every month for years. I had been recommended by a friend to try them in the first place. I was told that their prices might be lower and it is right by my house so it would be more convenient. But never again! I feel like he could have at least given me an explanation as to why he couldn't fill it. I always try to support local businesses but I am disappointed in the way I was treated.
