Went to try to add a line to my account and the guy that was there wanted to charge me 180$ last I checked all you pay is for the activation and monthly service but now it's the Sim card and I have to buy a case and glass for it. Definitely not coming back there they want to leech off of your money!

The worst service I've ever had. Had to go back and have my old phone added under another number because I wasn't explained to how to use this phone and told him when I bought it and showed him my other phone that I was phone illiterate. tried to take it back the next morning and he said basically that I had to keep it for the full length of the contract so for two phones instead of $35 I was paying a month at Verizon I'm paying $80 a month plus I put out about $150 out of my pocket that's just a guesstimate. I would never use Metro by T-Mobile and especially the location in Beaumont
