The Hispanic guy working at the store did an awesome job with helping us figure out our phone situation, he was very nice, very quick, and got our problem fixed within 10 minutes. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone needing help with their phone.

I was told there is a new owner if that is true the owner needs to speak with his/her employees about patience and customer service. There is a heavyset, hispanic, male employee. He is extremely rude & nonchalant. It’s evident he only cares about his earnings. If you going for anything other than bill payment or to purchase a new phone turn around and look for the next to nearest metropcs immediately or settle for wasted time.

Do not go to the Dowlen location they will scam.you into buying a phone with "deals and offers" then when you return they will not only tell you they never said what they promised they will be very rude about it.

I took someone there to pay their bill. I rather the real T-Mobile, how can someone run out of minutes these days, unless the person I took there was lying.

Very rude sold me a defective phone only had it a few days the screen flicks off and on the auxiliary porthole is messed up statics real bad this phone already had a number on it it barely wants to work at times the phone was sold to me with no plastic screen covering on it as a brand new phone should when you take it out of the box it moves very slow whether you have the Wi-Fi on and I have good fiber Wi-Fi or you're using the mobile data it barely wants to run it buffers a lot they refuse to give me a refund /an exchange for a new one don't go to the store bad customer service

I have recently made a review about maybe 2 weeks ago with an issue I was having with my phone service during Laura but now I am totally satisfied with my phone and the outcome Thanks to the wonderful Help and support of Jasmine and Daniel for getting my phone done I got the phone and great phone plan i neededDaniel thanks for communicating with me all the time about my phone even at 6:45am in the morning..Sorry but thanks for your Help..even with going so far as you did...Thanks a bunch

Called the store at 6:30pm and the guy that answered said they close at 7pm. Website says 8pm. Other businesses around said 8pm also. I arrived at 6:40pm and the door is locked and the employees just standing in the back. Thanks for making me drive all the way over for nothing Metro Pcs. Lazy workers!!!

Incompetent and useless employees that tell you to just call a number and dont even know how to change a phone plan, they will take a gamble with your money saying "you may or may not be charged subcharges" their own employees dont know how to work there, pathetic. Just save yourself the headache, and go to another store, save your time.
