They displayed ZERO class. I wanted to purchase a car, but I was told do to issues with the car the weren't going to sell it retail. They were going to sell it at auction. I made them an offer to sell it as is and they repeated it's going to auction. I few days later they sold it retail for less than my offer. The classy thing would have been to call me and let me know it wasn't going to auction.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was on time and without incident, the dealership has a great customer waiting area. Everyone that I spoke with was both courteous and professional. Good Job.

They were professional and they made the process so simple. Tristan my salesman put me through the application process a day prior. It was a 3 hour drive to the dealership, I got there at 10:30am and left in my Titan by 12, and got home in time to take the kids trick or treating! All that with awful credit lol. Thanks guys I finally got the appropriate vehicle for my new business!

I had purchase a Used 2019 Porsche Cayenne with the previous Sales Manager name Ben claimed a New Battery was replaced and I was told just a reset of the Low battery warning will go away. Only then I decided to buy the car but after 10 days I found out there were No new Battery replaced because the battery had gone bad and will cost me $2800 to repair and replace it .At first there were some going back and forth to clarify things but finally Mr. Farzad the GM and Mr Nate step in and took care of business whereby they stood by their word and uphold their company name and honored their claimed . I had arranged an appointment this morning at Porsche North Houston dealership . A new battery was replaced at no cost to me. Two Thumbs up to Mike Smith Beaumont TX. Honest Dealership Please look for Mr. Nate or Mr. Farzad if you are buying another car . They are honest and good people to do business with. I will definitely shop for my next car over there.

Purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue on 8/21 before we came in. They said the check engine light was on and they would fix it. Less than a day later the check engine light came back on. We put it in the following Monday. All we have experienced is bumbling from their customer service department. They contacted me today told me it was ready before I got in the parking lot. The check engine light came on again. The web received an email from the dealership manager, and expressed my concern. I have not heard a response back. Whatever you do do not purchase from here. One they’re not honest to their customer. Service department is awful.

Ok, over all, the process took longer than expected. However, we were treated with kindness and respect. There were no games. The vehicle has a little more cosmetic issues than I would have liked for the price, but, over all, I think we got a pretty good deal. I drove about an hour away to see them and I will consider them the next time we buy.Unfortunately, though, the car is now in the shop with several issues that should have been dealt with by them before they out it on the lot.

I would stay away from this dealership if you are trying to buy from here but live a little further away (like Houston). I was clearly communicating with the Sales person about what time I would get there to drive and buy the vehicle. They even pulled my credit report and paperwork was ready to go per the Sales person (who was great). After driving for almost an hour, we were about 35 min away from the dealership and I got a call from the Manager saying that they had someone else ready to buy the car. Knowing that we were about 30 min away and spending so much time on this vehicle and pulling the credit report, they didn't have the courtesy to wait for another 30 mins. It is what it is but it is unfortunate that my daughter's first car buying experience ended like this!

Dealership service experience with Daniel was nothing but amazing at the CJDR in Beaumont Texas. Daniel was very professional, kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. If there were more stars to give I would absolutely give more.

I am totally pleased with the exceptional service I received this past weekend! I came by earlier in the week and explained what problems I had with my car he said you could leave it and it would be about 5 days before we can look at it or come by @8 Saturday and we can diagnose the problem! Saturday came and test were ran and we came to the conclusion my fob needed to be replaced but it was on back order! I then proceeded to leave and this extremely professional young lady named Taylor took good care of me and explained that they would send someone out of town to pick one up for me! And that they could program it there! That put a BIG smile on my face! In a matter of time I was ready to leave! I will always recommend my family and friends to Mike Smith Dodge for everything they need! They really cares about their customers and concerns.

I drop my car off on 06/02/23 for some brunt wires on the vehicle wiring harness To be fixed I got a quote for repair on my vehicle 06/07/23 I then approved the repair so I'm thinking my vehicle should be ready in a day or maybe two... Not 4 weeks my service provider never called or text me on an update on my Vehicle repair every time I called to speak to my service tech she was never available I left messages to please call me back no one called me back so now its almost 4 weeks since I have been without my vehicle I then go down to mike smith and asked to speak to the service manager on 06/28/23 who I also called and left a message to call me back when I talked to the server manager about how long it's been I have been without my vehicle she then tells me how busy they are like it's my problem no apology for vehicle not being fixed in a timely manner... So been mindful that mike smith service department is very busy and it might take them 4 weeks to repair your vehicle

From start to finish our experience was fantastic! We bought a truck here over a year ago and didn’t have a great experience. We decided to give it another try and I’m very happy that we did. The entire staff was amazing. Special thank you to Nate(salesman), Ben (sales manager I believe) and Brett(finance) for getting us in the truck we needed and working with us so much! We appreciate you all and will definitely be back in the future if we need another vehicle!

This dealership is an absolute joke and deserves 0 stars. Have had 2 horrible experiences here. Yesterday, we had an appointment for my wife’s Jeep at 9am to have it looked at. We get there and are told that “it will be 3-4 days for it to be looked at and then however long to be diagnosed”. We then asked what the appointment was for then and were told “to come talk to us.” We asked if we could take the Jeep and keep our spot in line and were told no the Jeep had to stay there. Imagine making a reservation at a hotel and getting there and being told “it’ll be 3-4 days to see if we can get you in, but you can’t leave or you lose your spot.” STOP TAKING NEW APPOINTMENTS AND CATCH UP ON YOUR WORKLOAD. Our last experience, we did leave the Jeep there for a week because it had intermittent starting issues. We made it very clear it happened randomly and not every time. In the week it was there they only started it once and told us they couldn’t find the problem. All in all, this dealership is a joke, save your time and money and go to a different dealership.

Excellent service. Hunter, my customer service representative, went above and beyond to make sure my 1st experience here was the very best it could be. Well done, Hunter. Will definitely be back. Place looks to have been renovation. Also had seating, snacks, and coffee/water (for a big guy like me, I love me some snacks ?). Great job, team.
