Went in to get regular maintenance oil change and filter. I usually go out of town for service and get free car wash each time with service. I asked service clerk, Ms. Wheeler about car wash. She said no problem it would be a minute. I was only expecting a drive thru wash, My car came back with full detail wash (tires armor-all, vacuum, windows wiped etc. Also the general manager Mr. Wiltz politely greeted all customers waiting for service. Great customer service! It's the little things.

I always bring my son's car here for service and if we need any extras his car. Employees are always smiling, friendly and always so so patient and helpful. Clean atmosphere!I will continue to do business here

I had issues with my front radar on my Honda Civic. I called this dealership and they got me in the very next day and had my car fixed before noon. 10/10 recommend, all the ladies in the Service department are so personable and sweet.

Chris, Jennifer, Taylor, Chasidy, technicians and other staff are always most attentive to my concerns and informative regarding recommended service. Everytime I book an appointment here the service lady's give me ridiculous amounts days until when they will finally be able to see check out my vehicles I've driven over an hour away why not explain this to me before I waist my time coming here I'm over this dealership completely.

Horrible service don’t recommend anyone to use this place pure hassle to get my truck and my plates expired august 14th and not a single call to get my new plates and even after calling to find out what’s going on still no call sheeeeeshhhhh nothing more than a headache!!!!

If Rachel is your advisor, request a different person or try to avoid her being your advisor in the first place. She ignored my phone calls and voice mails for 2 weeks straight. It got to the point where my phone calls would only go through for 2 rings when they were ringing for 4 rings when I was first being ignored, and then to top it off, her voicemail box was full and no longer taking new messages. I ended up having to call and request to speak with her supervisor, Chris (the manager.) Chris helped me, got back to me within 10 minutes, was apologetic, and got me my car back and fixed within a week. My car was in their service department for 10 days over a month, so 40 days. All of that wasted time could’ve been avoided if Rachel wasn’t in charge of my service.

Corporate Oppression or Lame Employee?I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told they didn’t make appointments for that, “..just drive in.” When I got there, I was asked about my appointment and when I repeated what I had been told she said, “Oh yeah. The call center likes to tell people that”. She wrote me up anyway but said it was going to be a while because there were six cars ahead of me. I mentioned that someone should coordinate with their call center and she responded, “I’m sorry but we’ve got nothing to do with that”. I gave her a little more feedback on their contradicting arrival signage and pavement; I wasn’t sure I had parked in the right place. This was met with the same attitude, that is, quick excuse-making not my job attitude that obviously meant my customer feedback would go no further. You’d think the employees here would be trained to feed back to their manager and managers would feed further up line to get the kinks worked out but that’s apparently not the culture here. I am sitting here now where I can observe the sales floor and service write up area. This place has the hallmarks of centralized corporate management that communicates down only. Typically, (applicability assumed here) individual effort is suppressed for so long that employees realize it’s best to just be a robot and so quit at work and just punch the clock.UPDATE: My car was ready in 50 minutes; about what I would expect anywhere. So what was with the ‘going to be a while; six cars ahead of me’ bit?UPDATE2: MSHonda said I needed new engine and cabin air filters. I knew the cabin filter was pretty new so I declined them both (I wanted to see for myself). I went ahead and bought a new engine air filter on the way home and went I pulled the old one it was barely dirty at all. Buyer beware.

I would rather walk than ever buy a car here again. Rude sales associates, service members, and car problems (3 months after purchase) are all you will get from here!! Then be prepared to stay on the phone for days waiting for them to fix it.

I brought my son's Civic in yesterday for a brake job. Was informed that his brakes were okay. I did have the transmission serviced in addition to replacing brake fluid. Ms Snowden was awesome. I brought my car in for the passenger airbag recall. The work was performed, but the mechanic put several scratches on my dashboard. I brought it to the service writer's attention and asked for an "acceptable repair." I wasn't asking for a new dashboard, just something acceptable because my dashboard was immaculate. Well, they offered four free oil changes. No!!! I was told that they would get back to me with the company they use. No phone call. No follow-up. I called in to follow-up. No return phone call. Now, the airbag light is on again and I'm wondering if it was really repaired or updated, or whatever was supposed to be done. If I could give these guys a zero for service, they would get it.

They have never answered the phone on 3 separate occasions. I've had better luck calling the irs. 3 stars out of politeness.
