I had a perfect car buying experience. This is my third consecutive new Honda vehicle I have purchased at this Honda location. Everyone was very patient, thorough, with no pressure or rush for me to make a decision. Arrived early on my first day of car shopping, narrowed it down to three to choose from, took test drives, worked out my trade-in, went over the breakdown of all figures, monthly note, loan terms, discussed all financing options, all title work completed, and drove out the same day. It was actually a fun day working with Josh, Carlos and Chuck. Thanks guys!

Stay away from this dealer if you want to buy a car specially from the sales woman name tinashe beaty she is a bag of lies and totally incompetant person wasted my 2 days with bunch of lies and gimmicks first she agreed on a deal over the phone and told me to start driving from houston i told her you guys will closed at 7 i can come tommorrow first thing in the morning but she told me she can wait till 9 i said ok i m coming then she called me abd told me that the new car we worked on just sold which was a lie they have 25 cars showing online same trim level but she said she couldnt find anything else and the store sold out ok well i turned around but she told me to pull over and wait for the call which she never called i called after waiting in the rain and traffic then she told she found something similar she will do the same deal as per manager but u come tomorrow ok no problem i called her in the morning cause told me she will be at dealer at 9 am but she was not there then she called me at 11 am and told me that she cannot the same price cause manager said no ok i ask her for a different car she said no to that one as well cause it was not available to sell as well waste of time lot of lies no credibility stay away from these scammers.

AaRahn Stewart is knowledgable, not pushy and goes out of his way to find the car that will be a perfect fit for you. I highly recommend using him if you're looking for a car. He can sell any car from Honda to Nissan.

My husband and I test drove two different Pilots with Derrick Dawson at Doggett Honda. We had not planned on buying at Doggett due to the pin stripes on the cars. Derrick said they would be taken off. I was also concerned with pricing. I brought prices from dealers from here to the Dallas area. They were able to match the pricing. We now have a Pilot with no pin stripes from Doggett. The process was easy and hassle free.

Had a great experience. Kameron, our sales person, was efficient without the pressure! Very knowledgeable and made sure we got a great deal. Also, the process went fairly quickly and didn't take all day. Would definitely recommend to others.

July 12th I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord. Fast forward to today, a month and a half later, my car was making a strange noise. It was coming from the front driver tire area. I drove to Doggett because it still has paper tags and I was going out of town tomorrow and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I was told it would be 2 to 3 hours before anyone could even look at it and even if they found something they couldn't handle it today. I had a Dr appt for my daughter and could not wait. I just wanted reassurance I could drive the car 2 hours out of town. They couldn't even do that. I guess they got my money from my purchase and the heck with any service issues. I called twin city Honda and they were a week backed up due to "all of Doggets customers being turned away". I said well how convenient. I ended up going to a local auto shop and it was a quick 5 minute fix for a rock stuck in the rotor. Unbelievable customer service AFTER spending thousands on a vehicle. Will not recommend.

Highly recommend Derrick Dawson! He helped me get a used vehicle for my son. The process was very smooth and I did not feel pressured at all. Very painless finance process with clear vehicle pricing. All of the staff members were friendly and seemed to be working very hard with their customers as well. A new N on the 'HONDA' sign is in order though for the vehicle photo-ops!
