Brittany in service is the best.Very knowledgeable and informative. She didn't ever make us feel rushed or like we crazy when explaining things. She actually took the time to listen.

I went to Mike Smith Honda to get my airbag replaced due to a recall. I made an appointment and when I went up there the next day for the appointment, they told me that they did not have the part so I had to schedule another appointment. After ordering the part they told me they would call me and let me know when the part came in, after a week of them not getting in contact with me I called them just for them to tell me that they had the part in. When trying to make another appointment they said they didn’t have the part, essentially they tried to give the parts that they ordered for me away to someone else. They finally let me have the part so when I finally brought the car in to be fixed it was done quickly. However, when I received my car, my change was stolen from my ashtray and my Bluetooth adapter that goes into my cigarette lighter is also missing from my car. Overall will NOT be back

GREAT Customer service! 10/10. Would highly recommend!! My salesperson was Kameron Brown, he did an awesome job. This entire staff was so polite, professional, patient with me and made me feel comfortable when I made my financial decision on purchasing my car with them. I was approved for the APR RATE I wanted which was an 4.9% APR THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP. The dealership financing was so much better than my actual credit Union. I’m so thankful and happy with my car! Also, I’m thankful for the services that was provided to me. They’re a really great staff at Mike Smith Honda - Beaumont! The General Manager and the Finance Manager were so helpful! I can’t wait to purchase my next vehicle with them but right now I’m in love with the vehicle I have :))

Service was typical of an automobile dealer service center. Glad I had a coupon for the oil change because the price they charge for a new air filter is ridiculous. Should have bought it myself and had my SIL install. Will do that next time! No explanation/completed form indicating of anything else being was inspected. Most places provide this showing all things that were checked.Have to say that the waiting area is very nice and well stocked with TV, snacks, coffee, drinks, water and vending machines. Also, very comfortable.Will I use again and or recommend to friends and family? Probably, but will ask for breakdown of cost of any supplies/labor first.Staff was very courteous and seemed well trained

It's my 3rd visit and I'm told I will have to wait an hour and a half or longer to get the complimentary car wash. It's happened the last 3 times I've had my car in for service.

I bought a mini van 2 weeks ago, at first they are super friendly but the moment you sign everyone ignores you, it comes out with the details of my car and no one takes you seriously, the service girls are the rudest people I have ever met, they don't have a good attitude at all with The clients treat you very badly, it is better to avoid a bad moment and don't come here.

First time ever dealing with Mike Smith Honda and they were amazing! Very attentive and wonderful people! They helped me and my wife get into our 2022 Honda Civic Sport and we absolutely love it! Definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get a new car!

Have purchased two vehicles from them and was an excellent experience each time. Also, the service department is always quick, courteous, and helpful. Great place to purchase and service a vehicle!

I reserved a brake job. Took off work and they didn't have the dam part. They said I had to order the part for them to fix it. Who the hell runs a mechanic shop and doesn't order the proper parts or have parts in stock to fix a vehicle with a reservation. Had to reserve a new day on labor day, my only day off and also order the damn part for them to fix it. CRAZY! That's not the only issue I've had with them. This place is a joke.

After a couple of not so great experiences at another local Honda dealership, I switched to Mike Smith for all of my service and maintenance for my new Honda Pilot. They are always very friendly but most importantly efficient and professional. 5 stars!

I will try to keep this as short as possible. The women who oversee the work orders are not responsible for any of this. I took my car in at 1pm for a 1:30 appointment and waited so the shuttle wouldn’t have to take me home since I live a half hour away. Three hours into waiting. She said they needed my car for another three hours and suggested I leave and come back. I was checked out at 6:30pm and no work had been on the car. I needed an oil change AC recharge and a recall done. She told me to bring the car back at 7am and she would make sure everything got done and get the car cleaned before she called me to pick it up. I brought it in at 7am and went home. I didn’t bother them all day. I texted late afternoon to check on the status and I called it was on hold for more than half an hour with no answer. I finally went up there before the dealership closed and they assured me everything was done. I checked out by 6:30 again. When I got my car, I noticed that my dash cam was in the passenger seat, there was some kind of food smeared on the passenger side carpet and trim and all my car seats were unstrapped and upside down on the floor. Someone had also laid down my backseats. When I started the car, I realized the mileage was off more than it should’ve been and my gas light was on. Also, I had a new notification to take the car in to the dealership for another problem involving the vehicle stability alert. When I got home, I checked my dash cam and out of the 16 hours they had my vehicle they only set it off 19 videos and they did not do what they said they were doing and it was parked for the majority of the time in the back parking lot. Granted I felt appreciated when they didn’t charge me for the oil change or the AC recharge but why should they have when they clearly didn’t do it and I have the proof. If there are cameras in the shop or parking lot, I’d be more than happy to see 16 hours of footage of what they claim to have done to my car. I’ve been loyal to this service department for a while, despite having a few issues before but now that I know the truth, I don’t think I’ll ever return. Oh, I also forgot to mention that my camera was dated for 2020 when I got it back despite not owning it at that time.

Excellent service! The appointment was made and honored upon arrival. Amount of time for service was estimated truthfully. Shuttle service was provided home and pickup was provided upon vehicle being ready. Problem was dianoised as extended warrany work and repaired appropriately with no cost. Thank you

I decided to use Mike Smith Honda to have my car serviced when I noticed some issues going on with my vehicle.If Rachel is your advisor, request a different person or try to avoid her being your advisor in the first place. She ignored my phone calls and voice mails for 2 weeks straight. It got to the point where my phone calls would only go through for 2 rings when they were ringing for 4 rings when I was first being ignored, and then to top it off, her voicemail box was full and no longer taking new messages. I ended up having to call and request to speak with her supervisor, Chris (the manager.) Chris helped me, got back to me within 10 minutes, was extremely apologetic, and got me my car back and fixed within a week. My car was in their service department for 10 days over a month, so 40 days. All of that wasted time could’ve been avoided if Rachel wasn’t in charge of my service.

Made an appointment to have oil change and three factory recalls on my 2021 Honda Pilot.Got there and realized it doesn't matter if you have an appointment, it matters if you have the time.I was advised that they would be unable to do the recalls, they didn't have time. They have "quotes" that take presidence.The oil change took one hour and 48 minutes to perform, with an appointment.No one let me know if they were running behind, etc.I scheduled to have the three recalls done the following week and am advised that they will do them if quotes don't come in and they have time.I asked what the point of setting an appointment was and was met with shrugged shoulders, a head tilt, a small smile and muffled laugh.I will NEVER return here. My mom was about to buy a new vehicle from them; not anymore!I went to the Honda dealership in Port Arthur and was done in under two hours.
