“I am extremely pleased with the services provided at the Beaumont, texas ;college street location. The staff is amazing. I specifically was assisted by Jas, Omar, and Hamza. They were awesome and understanding in addressing all of my concerns. Hamza took extra time to assist me and was extremely kind. This by far has been the best experience I have had with tmobile this far (by phone/in store) in almost the past 15 years. I had a rough time on the phone this am with customer care and I was promised a scheduled phone call this am, which never occurred.
