Worst customer service ever, very unprofessional, and they laughed at my questions, and no help at all. I’ve called several times and every time they say “this is how we do things ”, but yet every time is different with who ever answers, It takes almost an hour to answer a call then they transfer you to wait another 40-45 minutes just to leave a message then they never call Back. Honestly, DO Not do business here!!

Laterica with the online banking is the WORST employee I have ever encountered. She is so rude and unprofessional and absolutely NO help. I have been attempting to do a external transfer for over a week and it won't work!! It's literally MY money going from this account to MY other bank account. I'll be closing my account today. This is ridiculous. WORST BANK EVER.

Have done business with this organization for 15 years. Doesn't get any better. If you do your financial business with a bank, kick 'em to the curb. This place is where you need to be.
