This bank sucks straight meat. The app never works how mobiloil used to have it working. Zelle is NEVER working. Overall go to dugood across the street.

I use to have no problems with this bank. Lately though they have never answered phones. Been caller number 1 for 15 minutes now. I tried to get my debit card replaced before it expired and never got a new one. Now its been about a week or so since my card expired and I can’t get a new one bc no one wants to answer a phone. I even tried to leave a message so they could return my call and I never got a cal back.

Laterica with the online banking is the WORST employee I have ever encountered. She is so rude and unprofessional and absolutely NO help. I have been attempting to do a external transfer for over a week and it won't work!! It's literally MY money going from this account to MY other bank account. I'll be closing my account today. This is ridiculous. WORST BANK EVER.

First lender was rude, After a year with plenty of income income and perfect payments on other loans was still denied. Taking our business elsewhere as we hav offers from other banks but not our own. Pathetic.

All I can say is stay away from this place if you are attempting to use them for the financing of a land or home purchase. They are extremely slow and act like they could care less about closing your loan. I have been waiting over 3 weeks just for an appraisal and still no time frame of when that will be completed. This will be the first and last time I use them.

Employees were nice but waiting over 30 minutes in a room for someone to appear on a computer screen was ridiculous. We had the documents needed to make changes, but we were there over 3 1/2 hours. My parents have been members for over 50 years and Dad commented on how crazy the system in place there is. Get back to personal service with people who know what they are doing! Please!

Be careful when depositing checks at Mobiloil FCU. I deposited a check that Andi wrote me last week. They called me yesterday and told me that a stop payment was issued on the check. Andi didn't stop payment on it (at least she says she didn't) and the bank the check was drafted off of say there was no stop payment issued on their end. I went to Mobiloil this morning and all they could say is they had a stop payment code and I owed all the bounce fees. I don't make a lot of money here and I haven't been able to work since November. It just feels like they just reached in a took $60 that I simply don't have. And I have absolutely no way to fight it. So it goes I guess.

This has gotten to be the sorriest bank there is. Late payment, fine we will lock your account until you bring current. Sad that after hours support can't even tell you why mobiloil has your account locked. This bank has became nothing but headaches. And after hours customer support is a joke.

this bank takes forever No matter how simple the transaction.. I have been going here forever and I'm finally tired of it.. also when I use the app to put my paycheck in-- Even though I've been doing it for years sometimes it will not post for up to 3 days. ridiculous. there is one very large gentleman in the lobby that is always super courteous and has the best attitude but beyond that this bank is no bueno.
