My husband drove all the way from Lubbock Texas to Beaumont Texas to pick me up and the ball joint went out on his truck. Mr Raymond Auto Care took excellent care of us. The service was fast and efficient and within 45 minutes from the time of our arrival to his shop, we were back on the road. I recommend Mr Raymonds Auto Care to any and everyone for their mechanic needs.

Had some custom exhaust work done at Mr. Raymond's. They fit me in the same day I called , pulled up and less than 5 minutes it was on the rack and they began working on it. It wasn't an easy task I was asking , but they got it done in an hour and 1/2 give or take a bit . They also noticed that my transmission mount was shot, showed it to me and mentioned they could take care of that as well . They ordered the part had it delivered and on the truck along with the exact request for my exhaust. Not to mention seeings how that had to remove the transmission bracket for exhaust work , I was only charged the price of the new transmission mount. Good folks to deal with . Pointed out a few more things on my truck that could use some attention, never pushy trying to sell more labor or parts.... just recommend and offered their services if I would like to at a later date . Even printed me out an estimate. In the near future I will be having them do the items they mentioned .Services: Exhaust

Omg this just happenedI own a 2016 ram Laramie 1500. I picked it up from a shop on Monday 4-17-23. the shop had been having my truck 4 weeks and did absolutely nothing but let it sit on their property. I picked it up. Brought it to Mr. Raymond's Auto Care. When I tell you in 1 hour he had diagnosed my problem. We got the warranty people to approve it and then told me my truck will be ready the same day. This shop really impressed the mess out of me. I would highly recommend Mr. Raymond's automotive repairs for your next servicesService: General repairs & maintenance

Lifters.... the dreaded Hemi tic, Mr. Ray was up front, knowledgeable, and knows what he is doing. Amazing work and he is family oriented! Will be bring my truck back for some work on the tranny!

Mr. Raymond did some work on my 7.3 powerstroke back in November and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis. Work took a smidgen longer than I expected but not in any kind of excess. Will most likely take my truck back in the coming months

Tow truck service took my truck there to get fixed and they pilfered all my belongings plus a $3400.00 bill. .. these people a drug attics and alcoholics that steal. Whole place smelled like cat piss and beer. Disgusting and ruthless people.
