The staff was incredible and friendly. I also needed a medical appointment and they were able to perform this in a professional manner. This procedure was very easy and doctor was incredible with the service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I went in for an eye exam, and to get contacts for the first time. Being my first time putting in contacts I was unfamiliar with the process, but the individual working the front desk sat with me the entire time and walked me through the process. I couldn't have had a better experience here. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to Myeyedr on 4159 Dowlen Rd. a year ago with the glasses prescription. I hardly ever used them, and when I started to wear them regularly, a small breakage started on the right side of the frame, as can be seen in the picture. Today I went to the office expecting to have the problem fixed. The employees kindly told me they were not able to help due to the fact that it was a few days over calendar year.
They agreed the crack happened as a manufacturing issue and not because of improper usage, yet they did nothing to fix it. These glasses were expensive: they have antiglare, transition and progressive.
Of course I will never, ever have glasses made here again.

This is the best office staff and eye doctor. I used to live in Beaumont and now live in Houston and still come back to this office for my eye care.

First time going to MyEyeDr and the experience was fantastic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Kim did my exam and explained everything she was doing and was so pleasant to work with. I then got to see Dr. Yu who is awesome. He took his time and went over everything in detail and came up with a plan for me. I finished with Lacy who handles glasses and contacts. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me in finding the best options for me. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Always kind. Always professional. Love the staff and Dr. John Yu. Dr. Yu explains everything about your eyes in a way that’s very understanding. Kendra is so nice, helps fix my glasses anytime to improve the fit. I encourage anyone who needs an eye dr. to visit Dr. John Yu. Five stars all the way.

Always professional! They take their time with you but run their business in an extremely efficient way. I am in/out of their for my appointment and new glasses within an hour every time!!!
