I’ve used them for years but the past few experiences have been disappointing. I chose to get my contacts through them since it seemed efficient. Initially they never even sent my contacts and claimed the system shut down the day I ordered. It had been two weeks, if I didn’t call they would’ve never came. When they came there was only 3 months worth of contacts, due to another mistake that they made. I was suppose to get 6 months, when I called and asked she said it was their mistake and that I could just order my contacts myself if I wanted. When I tried it said my benefits were already used for the year. Meaning I paid hundreds of dollars to get my eye benefits but only received half of my order. I don’t know maybe they just need to slow down. But I’m very upset at not being able to use the full amount of my insurance.

The actual optometrist was great, but the office as a whole is just awful. Customer service is decent before you make a purchase, but once they have received your payment... it's a wrap. You're just another customer of their hundreds maybe thousands. The lack of communication and empathy needs to be assessed and addressed. It's truly baffling just how awful it is. All-in-all, If you enjoy being insignificant I'd recommend you patronize the My Eye Dr on Delaware!

Slow as molasses! I like Dr Cass and have nothing but great experiences with him, but mercy is this office slow and disorganized.
My last visit was an hour and a half past my appointment time to get in and then a long wait just to pick my glasses up on a different day. No one organizing people waiting on glasses just a free-for-all (I left after 15 minutes of nothing happening).

I’ve been coming here for a few years at this points. They are always prompt and on time. Very professional atmosphere. Also, as a self-pay client the deals they have are unbeatable!

Had visits with both Dr. Cass and Dr. Tran. Both docs exhibited some of the best bed side manner Ive experienced from a healthcare provider! They took the time to explain what they were doing for me and why. The front desk workers are also so kind and caring! I won’t be seeing any other eye doctors while in this area!

My husband and I have been with this eye dr for a couple of years now, but that changed last month when we brought our 5 year old daughter for an eye exam.. she is very afraid of doctor offices and was having a very hard time, but Dr. Hoang Tran did not have patience with her at all.. he kept looking at his watch, laughing while saying “I don’t have time for this” I understand it’s his practice, but they shouldn’t accept kids if they are gonna be treated disrespectful.. even my 10 year old daughter left the office upset.. you never know what people are struggling with, this day was very hard and disappointing for my family and I.. definitely won’t be forgetting this, and never going back.
