I walked in and was greeted by three associates, one female in the ink and toner section and two males with dreadlocks in the customer service and technology section. I was trying to locate a 32gb USB flash drive and they went above and beyond to provide me help. One of the associates looked on his inventory device and the other even attempted to call the other local store when I requested it. It was a team effort and after looking in the store we were able to locate the item in the front. These associates went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. All sales associates deserve acknowledgment for their involvement in helping customers. Thank you and I look forward to my future visit to Office Depot.

I visited Home Depot at the Stagg Drive location in Beaumont Texas today and let me tell you the employee Brandon that assisted me not only helped me in a quick manner to find what I was looking for as well as printing off study material to prepare for the Drill Sergeant Academy, but he went above and beyond with first class customer service for not only myself, but also several other customers who were there and the gentlemen working the cash registers were super polite as well! Other businesses need more awesome employees like Brandon and the team he works with! Big thanks!

Bad person the customer service staff is bad and not nice you don't want someone to print and when you need help they don't want to look at you they are extremist people and not reasonable with the community

I've visited this place twice in the past three weeks, and on both occasions, their printing equipment wasn't functioning. It's quite frustrating to see them advertise this service when they can't maintain their equipment to offer it reliably.

This location is one of my favorite stores. I can usually find the products I need. The employees are always so helpful and are never hard to find. It is a great store! I recommend using caution when visiting this location after dark because the parking lot lighting is not great.

Couldn't get customer service only saw 2 employees on in the back on phone the whole time and not sure where the other one went. Disorganized, the bath rooms were disgusting had to leave to go find a clean restroom toilet backed up door wide open didn't look like anyone had cleaned in a long time.
