I’m from Lake Charles. I have brought items to sell before and was pleased with the service. Today I went and there was a sign on the door stating NO CASH PAYMENTS. ONLY IN-STORE CREDIT. No warning on Facebook. The attendant told me they just know day by day. Thats not good PR. Also, another store needs to be opened in Lake Charles. PLEASE.

this store is excellent, the prices are much better compared to goodwill, and the cashiers are always very polite and professional, my mother is disabled, yet she truly enjoys shopping here for her grandchildren’s clothes, on several occasions, one of the employees has gone out of his way to assist her with items she could not reach on another visit, that same young man noticed that my hands were full and kindly brought me a shopping cart the service here is consistently outstanding

I had called 20 minutes before i got there asking what time they stopped taking clothes and the lady on the phone told me 3 pm. i showed up at 2:15 and they said they had stopped for the day even tho i called right before i got there. Don’t tell people one thing, and do another.

My visits are usually amazing here but today we decided to try and sell some of our baby stuff at around 2 we were told it would be a 45 minute wait and we could stay or leave my boyfriend and I decided to drive around. the text message the worker sent me said our stuff would be ready around 3:30 so we head back up there I walk in to see it untouched my boyfriend goes and ask why isn’t it ready and is told that we were put on the bottom of the list and would have to wait until 6pm to get our stuff looked at due to us leaving even though we were told it was okay for us to leave it’s even worse because we had to drive 45 minutes just to even go to this location and the lady who told us this wouldn’t hold herself accountable

Lowballing, it’s almost like theft the price they will pay for name brand items in condition. 4 pair on nike & new balance no marks or scratches = $10 lol excuse me not including the 4 other items so all together $30?? I donated them to family.

So last Tuesday I came in to buy clothes and your store is usually unorganized and I'm use to it but why is it this is the second time where you really have refused to sell me an item that was on the rack because you want to fill your shelf's for your special. Your manager or key holder as the counter last called her she's rude and I believe it very dumb looking on y'all to take a customer purchase and refuse it to sell it way cheaper in a week. Y'all really need to be more professional with this store and less ready to tell someone off the moment you get a chance even tho y'all are in the wrong.

Won’t be wasting my time again. 6 30 gallon bags of clothes from newborn to 5t, some never even WORN, that could have been sold on fb or donated, wanted to trade for credit towards things for Christmas/clothes. Didn’t. Take. A. Single. Item. It seems like when they’re “overwhelmed” they just don’t buy anything. And seeing literal Temu clothes being sold for more than they cost new? No thanks.

It’s sad when a couple can cut all the way from the middle of the line to being second in line. What did the staff do about it? Oh nothing at all! Cut in front of tons of pregnant women that were waiting for over an hour. Ran in the store and both grabbed everything from one rack. Staff could’ve taken the onesie’s and told them they’ll have to wait to check out due to cutting. Instead they walked out with the longest receipt ever and smiling from ear to ear knowing they were being manipulative. 2 years ago this wasn’t allowed! They would limit the number of people inside of the store as well as a man at the door to make sure of no cutting and checking receipts. This will definitely be the last time coming to Beaumonts location. It was pointless for a lot of us to wait in line if we all could just cut in line.

I visited this store once on a weekday at approximately 6pm, they refused to trade in and asked me to come earlier next day. Your website said that you are closed on 8pm okay?

I walked in and felt out of place no one even spoke but when the other races came in, they immediately said hello how are you doing? Not to mention I am African-American. Little do they know I just won a huge settlement and was bouta spend good on my newborn Y’all establishments miss out on a lot of money trying to be rude to people

Well stocked and very organized. But they really low ball you when you take brand new items to trade in. They definitely need to replace their employees with those who have experience in retail and prices. SMH

I usually have a good experience at this location, i even travel from SWLA to shop here since ours was damaged in the hurricane. But this last experience has really ruined that for me. I purchased a step stool potty seat. the tag from the store when it was purchased brand new, was $11.99. Once upon a child was selling it for $15.99 (i didn’t pay attention, that was my fault.) but then when i open it to put it together it’s missing half the stuff so it’s completely unusable. super upset i wasted $15 for nothing and now have to purchase a new one. Workers definitely need to check to make sure parts are there and if not, label accordingly.

RACIST! I have been shopping at this location for over five years and would consider myself a frequent customer. The recent employees and management has extremely declined over the years. They are rude and lack professionalism to say the least. I have watched the workers with my very own eyes discriminate against customers and not review their items.When I kindly mentioned my concerns of discrimination they told me I could no longer sell my items to the store on the next visit. Which is fine I have no problem going purchase brand new name brand items for a better price elsewhere. The owners of this establishment are actually very nice people but the choice of workers and management is questionable.
