Alberto has been a great help to my dad since he’s been with you guys. He’s always explaining to him how to put each car part and very knowledgeable as well. He’s very professional and is always helping clients when I go in. Also his Spanish is on point! You can tell this guy likes what he does and enjoys helping out his customers! I also have family members that go to him and are very satisfied with him every time they go.

VERY BAD SERVICE!My dad bought some screws here not to long ago, then returned them because he didn’t need them anymore. A day later we had some lady knocking on the door, I opened the door and it was some lady from O’Reiley demanding we give them back what we stole since they were missing some screws from the package, she was demanding money or it would have to come out her check and she didn’t want to get the police involved. Over a screw.I told my dad about it he found the screw and went up to the store and tried giving the screw back, the same lady was there and she told him to keep the screw and just charged my dad 1.13 for one screw.Me and my family will never come back to this or any o’reiley store.

Even when they're super busy you get personalized service from very competent employees. They make sure you get the part you need and will give you helpful hints on doing the work. They do offer tool lending for parking lot mechanics
