I have never seen such excellent customer service. The whole staff and team were very helpful very kind and very efficient. They had knowledge about products they had knowledge about all of the parts in the computer, and also allow you to use a O'Reilly's card or to save money I will definitely be going back to the store

Thanks to Jacob I give 5 stars to the team here at this location. After breaking down a block from there, I costed in the lot. Jacob and the store manager were very helpful and got me back on the road after my ford escape over heated due to crack in the coolant tank. They help me find the problem and ever help me Iswitch out the tank. What a great store. I also add that it was not too exciting. Thank you special thanks to Jacob.........

This is the newest O’Reilly’s in Beaumont. It’s also the closest automotive parts store to my house. I have been in a couple of times and the store is very nice and the employees very friendly. Today I went in to get my battery charged after carrying it 6 blocks in the extreme heat. Holly, the manager on duty, went above and beyond. Not only did she swap out my battery but she BOUGHT me a little dolly so that I would not have to carry the battery 6 blocks in return to my vehicle. I have never encountered such exceptional, kind customer service. She is an asset to O’Reilly’s and the Beaumont community in general. 10 stars. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

One of best auto parts stores experiences I have been in over 40 years. Tamika had the rental ball joint press tool waiting for me at the front counter after my earlier telephone call. She also knew of related ball joint separator and got it for me for rental. She also knew where items were and was very helpful. In an out in 15 min! Outstanding experience! Highly recommend this Oreilly Store.
