I received a star crack from a rock, driving through Beaumont. I had the chip repaired and when I got home there was still an open hole in the middle of the chip. Since there was never a warranty explained to me, I called the company in Houston. The company fully refunded my money since I lived so far away. I’m happy with the company, but not happy with the work that was done. He charged me $85.00 for this rock chip.

Was able to fix two chips that Safelite wouldn’t do because of a large crack that was not even close to the chips. Glad they could repair to extend the time from having to replace. Great service and patience working with Allstate to get it covered. Many thanks! PS Website says they can fix cracks up to 24 inches. I wish I would have known that earlier!
