If I could give this store 0 stars I would!! Do not bring ANY animal you care about to this store! I have a 8lb Maltipoo puppy! Dusty was a HORRIBLE groomer! If that is the lead stylist, I'm terrified for everyone else! Casper was supposed to be cut down 1/4 with poodle paws and a full face! HE IS COMPLETELY SHAVED! And to make matters worse, she claims he was biting so she stopped. Even if she had not, this is not an acceptable cut. She was very rude and doesn't need to lead anyone! The acting store manager Nick was no help either. They are running this Petco into the ground. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great people, friendly, knowledgeable. They took the time to share lots of info about plants I \\\"thought\\\" I wanted and plants I didn't even know existed... Kousa dogwood trees? Stonewall Jackson azaleas? I left happy and excited about my new plants and I'll be returning soon!

Let me just say, I have been shopping with Petco since 2013. Never have I ever had any issues whatsoever. I recently moved to the Beaumont area from Tampa FL. I was close with the staff at the old location because I have a lot of animals and therefore need things regularly. So over the years we built a relationship - like most stores do with their regular customers. Anywayssss, it's probably only been my 3rd time at this location. I went in to exchange super worms that I had gotten for my bearded dragon. $5 SUPERWORMS RIGHT? Two separate female managers told me I couldn't return them because it's been two weeks!! Not 30 days, 14 days. They told me "you should've returned them the next day." Sorry not everyone drives 30 minutes out of their way to go exchange something the next day. I did it as soon as I could get back out there. So the store manager begins to open and count the worms as if I'm lying about why I'm returning them and or used them.. when you can clearly see they are bad! So I told her forget it. Got outside and sat on the phone with customer service. They tell me I can definitely exchange/return them. I go back inside with CS still on the phone, I asked to return them. The store manager comes back out and proceeds to raise her voice to me as if I'm a child? As if she is authoritarian over me? She said "this is my store." And started raising her voice claiming she was "trying to tell me I could return them." Which is a complete lie. The customer service agent got all of her yelling on the phone as their calls are recorded. Then she proceeds to call 911 and tells 911 I was THREATENING HER. Keep in mind I'm still on the phone with CS. So at this point it's beyond returning/exchanging the worms. The management is unprofessional, rude - liars. They totally disregard their positions in a state of problem solving. Clearly they don't follow or know the return/exchange policy. They choose to engage rudely, and attack you. Never have I ever had this issue. This will go beyond just this review. You don't get to make up lies about customers and falsify information. It's called defamation. Good luck to this location and store because after today - never again.

Went shopping at Petco today.The staff member was so rude but they all are all the time.I told her what kind of fish I wanted but she looked at Me and walked away and helped someone else. I was there first but she didn't care. I like shopping at Petco but all their Employees need to be replaced with better Customer Service!! You may not tolerate Rudeness but regardless the Customer Service at Petco are very rude and it's like that every time I go there. The store is losing business. I was going to buy another fish yesterday but the lady kept walking off from me and was there first. She needs training on manners Customer Service,First come First Serve Basis.

Went there for a brush for my dog but the store was poorly organized and poorly stocked. While walking around looking for about 10 min, I didn't realize the store closed at 6 and that it was now 6:05. A gentleman asked if I needed help and I told him no thank you. Immediately after that, a woman shouted from the front that, "We close at 6 guys." Realizing I was in the wrong, I started going to the register. The same woman then told us, "Uh register 2. That's register 1." Okay, how am I supposed to know what register is open when there's no one there. No need to be a j*** about it. Her attitude just came across real nasty for being there 5 min over. I've worked a lot of retail and in no circumstance have we shouted across at browsing customers that the store closed 5 min ago. It's annoying, sure, and we apologized for not realizing but this lady's attitude was enough to make me not want to shop there again. Amazon it is.

customer service is horrible! I bought my kids a bird 2 weeks ago and paid cash for it I told the cashier my number and she couldn't find my account.. well I was never given the form to sign for the bird. today the bird was fine , go back to put my infant in her carseat in the living and the bird is dead! I called to talk to them and they told me if I didnt have receipt they could do anything ..... with that being said I will never give this location any of my business I'll take it to petsmart!!

5 out of 5!!! (10 stars if I could!!!) the best store you can go to!!! they know they're stuff and take time out of they're day to to make sure I am as set as my pet it. i came in with a rescued animal I had no idea what to do. i rescued a red-eyed crocodile skink and have bever had a lizard before in my life. i showed up calling ahead and they were there ready to assist. they helped me bring in his tank and everything I needed for him and made sure he was safe. they helped,me get food while another inspected the tank and materials in the tank for me. the manager Mrs. Stacy and sales associate Mrs. jetta took care of me. anything they didnt know off hand they pulled up information online or did research before i ever left the store. from the first phone call letting them know, to gretting me at the door, to showing me what this lizard is, to products I only needed, to finalizing everything, to making sure I get the rewards I needed, to walking me out to make sure I had all my questions to concerns answered, and the wave good bye was the best experiance I ever had. they even looked over the lizard and made sure he didnt need to go to the vet down the road, which they afford to call if needed for me. the lizard was healthy and fine, he had and got everything he needed. im truely grateful for the amazing store and company of petco. this is why i only use petco and only this store. they are amazing. thank you Mrs. Stacy and Mrs. Jetta, you both are amazing. everyone needs to go see them, thes amazing ladies if you need anything, and the amazing store. i cant say enough about how amazing my experiance was and I will be back in a few days and will only go to this store and this company. thank you very much petco and the tow amazing ladies at this store. oh and the lizard is doing amazing and he has a new name, smog. thank you very much!!!

If I'm ever back in this city I will definitely visit Petco again. The girl Ashton was so loving to my two female pitbulls. While a couple people stayed clear of them, my girls behaved and were calm. Thank you to Ashton for loving on them and giving them a treat. Truly an outstanding gal and lovely store. Thank you for making our visit wonderful

Storm is a great worker there at Petco he went out the way to put my bird cage together, can't say the same for some of the rude employees named Terry (dog trainer that was very mean to him on the job) anyways Storm I hope your day is much better and I encourage you to find another job like Petsmart that will appreciate you instead of bully and put you down. I love this Petco, especially the grooming team! Stacy is always super friendly and has really bonded with my dog Mary Jane. Sometimes she gets anxiety but Dtacy always bends down and greets her at her level. Stacy went above and beyond this last time and even helped me get Mj into the car. She knows I'm 9 months pregnant and every little bit helps. Not to mention Mj always looks and smells so good after her visit!
