I brought my dog to this PetSmart for grooming last week and got about 5 minutes down the road before the groomer called and told me that my dog was too scared to get into the bath and I needed to come get him. This was incredibly inconvenient. The whole round trip to bring my dog to the groomer was a half hour of wasted travel for "professional groomers" who don't know what to do with a scared dog. I called Furryland mobile grooming and they came to my house, soothed my timid dog and groomed him beautifully for a lower price than PetSmart. I would not recommend Petsmart to anyone who has a dog that isn't used to being groomed.

I went to this location to pickup a collar I had ordered for in store pickup and instead of fulfilling the order for an adult size cat collar as it was ordered they fulfilled it as a kitten collar. Then, when I asked for the adult collar that I ordered they called my cat fat and proceeded to make fun of him for not fitting into a kitten sized collar as a 2 year old fully grown cat. Then, after all of this and them not having the collar I ordered, they were very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The employee that thought it was cute to bully a cat was Charlie, and the manager that allowed it and refused to refund me was Karen. This location is terrible and if they will say that to me about my cat, imagine how they probably treat the cats they have there for adoption. Completely disgusting.

I bought two bags of dog food about a month ago just so I wouldn’t have worry about running out at last min. Today I went to open the second bag and there was an issue with the food (silk worms) and of course I didn’t have the receipt. I will have to say the employees at the Dowlen store were so helpful and exchanged it no questions. The manager said that does happen even when the bag is sealed. I love Petsmart and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My babies will be so happy when I get back with their food. Thank You Petsmart

Terrible treatment in the bathroom section of our pets, they cut a nail on each of my two paws, leaving them bleeding. I paid for a service with all the details and they treated me very badly. I even doubt if they bathed him, he didn't smell clean, and I already doubt if they brushed his teeth. Terrible treatment and the solution that put flour where he was bleeding. Very unpleasant experience and bad treatment. They shouldn't even charge me for the service. My furry friend's paws still hurt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE.

This is tough. I didn’t get what i came for, but they went way beyond the call of duty from when I called to when I left. They exceeded expectations on many levels !
