I wish I had a penny for every time I got to the register & was told you didnt get the correct item this coupon is for xyz size . “Heb Pharmacy is by far the most organized & timely pharmacy I have used . At another local chain pharmacy I would have delays getting routine meds filled & cost was inaccurate on several occasions. At Heb routine meds have been filled on time , new meds filled quickly even if they had to order them & they have been accurate on billing .”

“The staff are the absolute BEST!If you do not use a local pharmacy, it makes all the difference in the ?!!! The staff are super friendly, and they go out of their way to help you with your needs (even if they have to research the info and order your medication). They are all very knowledgeable and able to educate and speak, and with kindness and respect!!!! They have become like family to us, and we appreciate it more than you know. Joel, the pharmacist, is so very sweet and very capable, able to educate you regarding your medications or any particular questions you may have. If he is not familiar with a new medication, he has no problem saying that and is happy you research it for you and call back with any information you requested. Overall, this is a local pharmacy with family values. We love them all so much!!! 5 stars is not enough for this awesome team! Thank you, Joel, Jordan, Shannon, Emily, and Kristen! “I went today on a Sunday to pick up a prescription for my son, and they weren't opened. The schedule said 12-5. I left and came back and they still weren't opened. I've picked up prescriptions from them before and they were very helpful and nice, but at least be opened when the schedule says to be opened. I wasn't the only customer waiting. It was very frustrating.”

“The cashier tonight had a lot of patience and a great sense of humor. The young lady in front of me could have taken care of her business better if she would have just put down her phone it is totally disrespectful to the cashier as well as the customers behind her. But the cashier stayed calm, cool & collective. Where as I probably would have (and almost did) said something. But she remained very professional and kept it real!!! It great service like she gives along with a sense of humor that make you want to go back! Thanks for the laughs...cool lady! This store is always clean, stocked well and the employees are always helpful and around to assist when you need them!”

“Everyone there is helpful and courteous, including the pharmacy staff. You are allowed to take your backpack in sometimes but usually they want you to leave out front by the front counter. Unless you're a regular customer than they don't care.
Soda pop deal: Dr Pepper products 12 can case $10. By 12-pack cans at $10 each and get two for free! So that's four cases of 12 pack cans, Dr Pepper products, for $20. That's the kind of deal I love to see.”

“I live in Lumberton and quit using CVS there in a while. But when I walked in your Beaumont store by 11st. I was greeted as I walked in by the sweetest young girl. She helped me pull up my old CVS acct. for savings. I had 2 prescriptions filled. There were 3 women working and I stood and stood. I asked one is it to late to drop off a prescription from the hospital. She said quickly no! But never waited on me the. The other was at the window and when she got finished I thought she’d help me. I waited a lil bit longer and I assume it was the pharmacist that. waited on me. She seen it through and it was done in no time. Overall it was a good experience. The animosity the 2 ladies in the pharmacy was purely known .i felt bad for her.”

“I come to Beaumont at least twice a month and I usually shop there when im in town. We usually barbecue pretty often and this is our favorite place to shop. They have a huge meat counter and i love the refrigerated coolers in the center of the isle. They have great prices and you can definitely save with the card. We purchase 2 huge pack's of porkchops air 11.00 a piece qhicj has at least 9-10 pork chops per pack. I also love the St Louis style marinated ribs. They are to for for. I also like taking the card because i save a lot when I purchase gas. That .10 off a gallon makes a big difference. I will always be a Kroger shopper. The store is always clean and a stocked. The staff is always nice and pleasant always greeting you with a smile. Every now and again you'll encounter a sour puss but the good employees out way the negative. Keep up the good work.”

“I have used Kroger Pharmacy for 14 years. Some of the ladies may seem to be rude, but they are extremely frustrated at times because of the volume that they must dispense and have ready to go. My pharmacists are GREAT! After being a customer for so long, they know my name. I've found that if you are kind and gracious about waiting for your medication, they put your medication next in line so that they can take care of you immediately. Remember, you are not the only person that they fill prescriptions for! They are bursting their kiesters all day! They are not only dispensing medication, they are dealing with Dr's offices and insurance companies to get the best price for you and everyone else, and that location is CRAZY busy! They have been with me during my whole healthcare journey! I've recently had to move where there are no Kroger stores. I'm frustrated with CVS & and WALGREENS'S! I'm just looking for a family based pharmacy like MY Kroger!”
