Their kind and they have amazing prices, I would highly recommend them and give them 10 stars instead of 5 if I could, but I guess I can't so I give them 5 stars and highly recommend to your family and friends. “I didn't get the driver's name today, but I'm on hospice and was in the garage and saw her at the front door that's on the other side of house om cam.. so open the garage door and my 5 lb puppy almost attacked her, I told her to her to hit him, if he came closer, I'm on 5 liters of oxygen and impossible to run after him so I threw my oxygen hose down n went and got the dog away from her tossed him inside. She was so nice she help me requoop brought my oxygen to me, told to calm down and everything was great! Ty ma'am, Im sorry I didn't get ur name. I will make sure he isn't out when y'all come by. “Always shopping at Sams for various items. Looked at all the yummy delicious bakery items they had set out. Well came across the Mixed Berry Pie. Sounded and looked definitely delicious. Had to get one. Now at home after supper had to cut me and my husband a piece of pie. Mixed Berry Pie ? Delicious. Just wanted to shout out to the Bakery. Great Pie. And other delicious dessert.”
“Although this pharmacy is out of my way, I still continue to use HEB. Because they are fast at filling prescriptions and don’t have to sit in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes, unlike Walgreens!”

“Our first visit in nearly 35 years. It took us over 3 hours to walk every aisle to learn where everything was. A few disappointments, such as no Maxwelhouse coffee, but an overall good, if tiring, experience. Next time we won't have to walk the whole store to get what we need.”

“Heb Pharmacy is by far the most organized & timely pharmacy I have used . At another local chain pharmacy I would have delays getting routine meds filled & cost was inaccurate on several occasions. At Heb routine meds have been filled on time , new meds filled quickly even if they had to order them & they have been accurate on billing .”

The staff are super friendly, and they go out of their way to help you with your needs (even if they have to research the info and order your medication). Joel, the pharmacist, is so very sweet and very capable, able to educate you regarding your medications or any particular questions you may have. If he is not familiar with a new medication, he has no problem saying that and is happy you research it for you and call back with any information you requested. “I come to Beaumont at least twice a month and I usually shop there when im in town. We usually barbecue pretty often and this is our favorite place to shop. They have a huge meat counter and i love the refrigerated coolers in the center of the isle. They have great prices and you can definitely save with the card. We purchase 2 huge pack's of porkchops air 11.00 a piece qhicj has at least 9-10 pork chops per pack. I also love the St Louis style marinated ribs. They are to for for. I also like taking the card because i save a lot when I purchase gas. That .10 off a gallon makes a big difference. I will always be a Kroger shopper. The store is always clean and a stocked. The staff is always nice and pleasant always greeting you with a smile. Every now and again you'll encounter a sour puss but the good employees out way the negative. Keep up the good work.”
“I have used Kroger Pharmacy for 14 years. Some of the ladies may seem to be rude, but they are extremely frustrated at times because of the volume that they must dispense and have ready to go. My pharmacists are GREAT! After being a customer for so long, they know my name. I've found that if you are kind and gracious about waiting for your medication, they put your medication next in line so that they can take care of you immediately. Remember, you are not the only person that they fill prescriptions for! They are bursting their kiesters all day! They are not only dispensing medication, they are dealing with Dr's offices and insurance companies to get the best price for you and everyone else, and that location is CRAZY busy! They have been with me during my whole healthcare journey! I've recently had to move where there are no Kroger stores. I'm frustrated with CVS & and WALGREENS'S! I'm just looking for a family based pharmacy like MY Kroger!”
