Beaumont POD location was fantastic the only positive experience I had with Pods were the employees here. I was at work while the PODs were delivered and I explained how I would like them placed and explained I was in an HOA and they sent pictures and kept me informed!

Robert came by to pickup my container and was very professional and friendly. Had a good time talking while he was doing his job! PODS was right on time on their delivery and pickup, NO WAITING.

Delivery was on June 24th is now June 29th and I haven’t received my stuff I been calling and sending emails and nothing is being resolved. I was on the phone (on hold) for 2 hours but yet I have no answers. And now they are trying to charge me more money when they are the ones taking their sweet time to deliver. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP Keep in mind I moved to a whole new state my kids need their stuff I practically been living in an empty house for a week.

PODS replied directing me to an email I already mentioned I used in my review. That tells me they didn’t even read it. I’m not looking for a generic response — I want accountability and action. My container is still undelivered, and I’ve been given zero real answers. Do better.

Placed an order online to be delivered May 31, we waited all day for the delivery and noone came or called. Called the following business day to check the status of the order because the online account showed it was delivered and they told me it was sold out and they couldn't deliver until June 11. That wasn't timely enough given the need for it so we cancelled the order and they transfered us to 3 different people before canceling the order, then could not give us a confirmation number and insisted it would be emailed and never got the email when I asked for them to resend it they hung up on me. Customer service was very poor, delivery was not met, and I do not reccomend using this service for your business.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Please be aware they will lie and lie just to get you off the phone. They have cancelled my pick up with no call or reschedule 4 TIMES leaving me to call every single time and wait on hold just to be lied to. I was promised on two separate occasions due to the ‘miss-jump’ being their fault (multiple times) they assured me I would not be charged as it is not my fault. When they finally did show up to collect the container instead of the driver calling when en route (like they are supposed to) I received no call and I then see on my camera the driver drove off in my yard (with no right to do so) causing almost $1,000 worth of property damage. I then leave work to come assist the driver and find out what going on, only to come home and find property damage, the container still there, and the driver gone. No call no nothing, so yet again I had to call only to open a property damage claim to get ZERO response. Yesterday 1/5 the company has charged my card for yet another month of rental after I was promised that wouldn’t happened due to it being their fault. I contacted the company for my 12th time only to be told they could not help me and would have to open another case to get yet again NO response. So here I sit with; their container still in my yard, almost $1,000 in property damage, and STILL paying for their container and THEIR damage. The container has been empty and ready to pick up for weeks but they continue to no show and cancel so they can force you to continue paying. Please do not use this company unless you want to deal with weeks of misery and headache as well as paying for their mistakes.

Terrible customer service. We scheduled to have our POD picked up with all of our belongings in it because we were moving. Not only did they not show up when they were supposed to they lied to us on the phone saying they were on their way. It took them 3days to finally bring our POD to the new house. I would not recommend this company at all unless you want them to hold your stuff hostage. Would give zero stars if I could.

PODS is NOT a good company to lease storage containers from. Your scheduled pick-up can be canceled and reschedule by the company (for whatever reason they choose) and you will still be charged for that month as well as pick-up fees. They don't prorate their fees. So if your cycle starts on the 5th and you schedule pick-up for the 1st and just so happen it rains on the 1st, they will reschedule you for the 6 (purposly), therefore charging you for that entire month. So you have just paid for an entire month for a container you no longer have. And to express how unethical this is...when you complain about it, they refer you to their policy that basically says, if we want to charge you for an additional month, we can because for whatever reason/excuse mankind can come up with, to not be charge for something they don't have.... uts included in the policy. Highway robbery, lol. A lesson learned and as with everything my family consume, we have a choice of where to spend our money, so PODS is now on the "not worth my money" list. I do NOT recommend PODS to anyone unless you like giving away your hard earned money. Invest in your own storage container/building or lease from other companies. Its much cheaper, less hassle. We live and we learn.
Good luck, potential renters, but remember it's a choice and trust the reviews. If you are questionable, then it's a "DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY" answer.

If you want to speak to someone that you can understand after they drop the Pod off don't use this company. Communication is the worst and beyond frustrating! They outsource there customer service to the Philippines and 99.9% of the time you will not be able to understand them it is ridiculous and unacceptable! If you do use them I wish you luck because if you run into any issues while selling your house and need to change dates or anything your stress level will be increased 100 times dealing with Pods customer service!

While my pod was convenient and the cost seemed agreeable in the beginning, I didn't realize I would be charged for a full month while only using the pod for 14 days that month. Pickup was delayed by weather, and urged by the driver, I complied because I didn't know I would still be charged for having the container. The fact that they will charge customers a full month for less than half a months use, I will not be a returning customer and can't recommend this service to anyone else.
