Started off great with all kinds of promises. Since the first week I have been on the phone more often about my medication besides needing to call two phone numbers to clarify who to talk to. I respect laws about medications regarding a prescription that has more regulations, however, I am very disappointed that the reality has not matched the ease of using Prescription Mart that was promised when benefits switched. It all seems like one big shell game. I don't know how people with kids manage this.

Very very very UNFORTUNATE that I had to leave Express Scripts cause of my benefits changing. There’s no online options at all. You HAVE TO call & speak to someone to even add a method of payment. It’s literally 2022.. that’s scary & quite concerning. Kind of backwards. Also where’s the app??
