I don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about how the main doors and elevators are always broken. I chose a unit near the double doors for convenience, but I constantly have to use a single, non-automatic door at the far end of the facility. It’s a huge inconvenience, especially when trying to move things alone. The lack of reliable access makes renting here much more difficult than it should be.

The representative quickly addressed my needs, showed me a storage unit that met my specifications and handled my month to month contract within minutes. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism.

After a chaotic 48-hour stretch, I arrived exhausted and stressed, just hoping to find a storage unit and a little peace. What I found instead was Mr. Vincent — a true gem of a manager. From the moment I walked in, his kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor made all the difference.
He took the time to show me different unit options before I made a decision, which I deeply appreciated. His friendliness and patience helped turn a very difficult day into a manageable one. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Mr. Vincent does.

We move a lot of customers with our business. Public Storage has always been reliable in their properties and spaces. Even though I own my own 40K sqft. storage facility, I still use PS for their convenience.

Usually I do not post and leave reviews but if you are looking for an exceptional space to store your possessions the Delaware St. location is where you want them to be. The facility is very fresh, nice and clean. It doesn't smell like most storage unit locations. Vincent is amazing. He's a breath of fresh air and very pleasant to talk to. Vincent is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very stressed about moving my belongings but yesterday he made my day with his sense of humor. After speaking with him and checking out the unit I had no desire to seek elsewhere. I really appreciate the time and patience he took to answer all of my questions and help me. I highly recommend this location if you you are looking for a storage unit!
