Friendly staff. Clean store. Didnt have my equipment i was looking for in stock and it was at a higher price then other their competition companies. Very sweet staff. Would revisit if i needed anything else equipment wise if it was within my budget.

My mom got a power chair through PRN. It took a while to get it because of the back and forth getting the paperwork straight, but because Todd was adamant that the paperwork was correct before the powerchair was delivered her insurance company paid their 90% which made it affordable for my mom. We were very thankful that he took care of all of the hassle with her doctor and insurance so we didn't have to. I know how many hoops the insurance companies make businesses jump through to be paid for equipment.

Couldn’t get ahold of any one over the phone for hours during business hours and when someone did. They weren’t very friendly or helpful at all, and rude when I asked to be pointed in a different direction because they didn’t have what I needed and told meTo google medical locations. Well ma’am, I did that’s how I found you. I’m not the area either, might I add.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do not do any type of business here, especially if you are ordering any medical equipment. Todd at PRN Medical is the most unprofessional and untruthful employee in the business. My grandmother has been trying to get an electric wheelchair from this company (dealing with Todd) for over a year now. I can’t believe these are the employees that are supposed to work on behalf of the elderly and disabled. Totally horrible company! Do not do business of any kind here- they’re the worst! Wish I could give this place a zero star review.

My 72 year old grandmother has been trying to get an electric wheelchair from these rude, unprofessional people for ONE WHOLE YEAR now. FINALLY - Todd, the man who is “in charge,” told my grandmother a month ago that her chair was ordered and would be in soon. It has been a full month and he still has not called her back with any updates, and now when we call, he avoids talking to us at all costs. The wheelchair she has now is 11 years old and dying. She cannot walk and has foolishly put her faith in these liars for an entire year. This is ridiculous and a shame.

I went into the store a few years ago to buy some medical equipment that I needed and the lady working there was so very helpful and walked me through the paperwork for my insurance and went over and beyond to help me. I've been back to the store several times since then and I have been very happy with the helpful ladies there. Thank you so much for everything, God Bless

This place use to be alright the lady's there use to be so helpful...just went back 3mts ago they was so rude said they will call when my stuff come in...still no call from them and when you go there no one knows anything... is it just me..they acting like that with or what..i can't make it a racial thing because my color work there to and they looking at me crazy and know one know what's going on. Did they change owners? It just isn't nothing like it use to be 3yrs ago. I was reading comments if you call that clean you crazy because it wasn't... it looks cowered

I had to buy uniforms for a new job, and the lady that helped me went above and beyond ! I was very embarrassed. I have gained a LOT of weight and couldn't find a uniform that didn't make me look like a crazy person because I'm also extremely short. She made suggestions without making me feel terrible and followed through with my order, she called me when they arrived and thanked me for my business more than once. I have made a second order love that place they have everything!!!!!!!
