This Credit Union is fast friendly, great service!!! Never a long wait, efficient employees. Love the NEW Building and up to date technology. Shared Banking is great, I was in Houston, TX and McAllen, TX and used their Shared Banking in and out in 5 minutes! Thanks For Always being ready when I need you.

So I decided to go in and ask a few questions on there going rates to compare to my other credit unions that I always deal with like Dugood and Mobil oil. Well the service and professionalism was terrible. No other members in the bank and still no answer to my questions or print out. They have no care in world. Thanks PECU

Terrible service, I was asking a simple question and the lady on the phone just jumped out and said have a nice day in a unhappy and unnecessary tone. Just goes to show want professional service speak with a professional bank.
