I move my things there within a week or so my things were thrown away, and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone about my things. They gave me the runaround and didn’t even compensate me for any of my things when my storage unit was already paid for and I didn’t understand why my things were thrown away. I don’t recommend going here.

Staff is friendly. Have checked inside facility layout. If no cameras installed inside then facility needs them ASAP. Someone broke into my place and since facility didn't install cameras they didn't catch individual and because they change ownership, I'm left with items stolen with no refund.

I just moved my stuff in and it is clean as a whistle so I was super excited to move my things in and not have anything to worry about. Best place to rent for storage and reasonable pricing

When I first got there The lady at the desk was pretty nice she was very respectful she explained everything and help me and showed me where the storage was with no hesitation she even told me if I had a problem call up there I want to thank Radiant storage for all the help and letting me rent out a storage with y’all !
