Set up was fast and easy. Getting my stuff into the unit n getting my lock was as well.
When I came back two days later to put other items in my climate controlled unit there was a lock on the outside building, no worries security I understand. What was ridiculous was when I was not sent an email or text with the code. I called, and was on the phone for 20 min with the rep and they had no idea and could not get a hold of the on site person. I left. Got a call asking to come back and meet with them.

My aunts unit that had my cousins stuff in it had a red lock and all of his stuff gone. Mind you, they were NEVER notified. Very unprofessional on Radiants part.
