Every time I go to this place they refuse to service me (mind you I’ve never been here before) with no explanation whatsoever! Really felt like I was discriminated for being trans! I wasn’t going to make this review but I mentioned the situation to a friend and she informed that she has a gay male friend they refused service too so I thought I’d make a review about my experience

I had an amazing pedicure—one of the best I have ever had. The technician was professional and made my feet sparkle!
I added a $20 tip, but at checkout, the front desk asked me to write $0.00 for the tip, saying it was already included in the total. That felt a bit sneaky. I noted on the receipt that I had included a $20 tip and hope it reaches the technician who made my experience so great.
Finally, I was happy to be In a nail salon that did not look like a shrine.
I will definitely return when I am in the area.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I came in with a picture of the nail design I wanted and asked the nail tech specifically if he could do it. He looked at the photo and told me yes, so I trusted him to follow through.
First, the base color he applied was completely off. I asked for a pastel yellow, but he gave me a McDonald’s mustard yellow. It wasn’t even close. Then, when it came time to do the design (a 3D flower made out of polygel or acrylic, clearly shown in the picture), he suddenly pulls out tacky little flower charms. I told him I didn’t want that and reminded him he said he could do the design in the picture. That’s when he admitted he actually didn’t know how to do it.
I then showed him an alternative design, and again, he said he could do it—but then told me he “didn’t have time.” I was completely confused. This is literally your job. I decided to let it go, even though my nails already looked off.
While doing my pedicure, I was staring at my nails and just couldn’t get over how bad they looked. I politely told him, “I hate to be that person, but I really don’t like these nails.” That’s when things escalated horribly. He got angry, started yelling at me, and even began pointing his finger in my face aggressively.
I tried explaining the situation to another staff member, but he kept yelling over me and wouldn’t let me speak. He then cut the water off mid-pedicure, walked away, and started helping another customer—leaving me sitting there with one foot in water, no explanation, no resolution. I was shocked.
No one tried to fix the situation, or offer to finish my nails, or even apologize. Everyone just stared at me like I was the problem. So I gathered my things to leave, and this man follows me outside yelling, “Ma’am, you need to pay!”
Pay for what? Terrible service? A design you said you could do but didn’t? Being yelled at and humiliated in front of other customers?
This was beyond just bad customer service—it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude. If you can’t do the design, just say that upfront. Don’t lie, waste people’s time, then get mad when they’re unhappy.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely never return.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Rude ladies they always have a attitude if you tell them something you don’t like or say something about a cut on your finger and they always talking about ppl you can obviously tell they talk about you when they do

My pedicure was good. The nails were rushed by the guy doing it. Did not properly do the manicure. Polish peeled after the first day and the did not do a good job on my cuticles

This place I ventured to with my Mother on a Saturday morning at 11am. No professional that could give us all the services requested. 2 eyebrow maintenance, 1 polish change, 1 manicure, and 2 pedicures. While getting the only service anyone there could do…. Pedicures and manicures…. I saw at least 7 people turned away cause nobody could complete any service. Apparently there is only 2 people that can work with acrylic if any kind, and only one person that can wax eyebrows. 2 techs that can complete these services were off. If I could give a zero I would. The male tech is so rough I could have just fell apart. I will never return my Mom don’t know but she’s about to get a complete change. Horrible just horrible. The reviews are true and real.

Very bad service. The guy technician had no manners, had language barrier and tried to file my skin off until I bleed and wasn’t even sorry about it.
The staff was pretty rude too, i kept telling them that the nail is not straight and is crooked but no one was bothered to listen and the technician made fun of me saying i am crazy and that my nail is the problem not his work.

I’ve been a client for a decade. Danny and His Wife Angie are my techs. I love it here and I’m not planning on changing. The prices are reasonable the owners are so welcoming and sweet. Give them a try if you’re looking for a great to be pampered

I became a loyal customer because they where close to me , but every time I come the only people available are the people that CANNOT do nails and they get rude when you don’t want to take whoever.. I will not be back

First time customer lol never again I say never again.. literally just came out the shop nail sticking up crooked bubbles in the acrylic very displeased but the man was nice just not properly trained to do nails ? 51$ down the drain
