The lab technicians would rather sit in the back laughing and enjoying their time instead of actually doing their job. Appt. were running over 20 minutes behind because of this. And that's from the moment they opened the office with very few people there.
Moving forward, I will use the one in Beaumont or another lab company.

It was not so much what the tech said, it was her delivery and her tone. I will be going to the Quest in Port Arthur from now on.

The lady was very nice and caring. Did a great job. I spent maybe 15 mins there. It's great that I can have my blood work done on the weekend. I don't have to go to work hungry while fasting, and as a plus I don't have to leave work.

If you don’t have an appointment here you will not be seen. Receptionist has no intention on helping anyone and does not try. I find any positive comments extremely difficult to believe. I learned to avoid this location at all cost.

Alicia was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Needles scare me but I honestly barely felt anything and she explained everything to me and was very kind!!

I love this place. In and out within 3 mins. So easy and quick if you have an appointment!

I had and apppointment set for 9am on 5/4/2024, but showed up in error on Monday 5/3/2024 and tried to be seen without an appointment. However the staff told me that they could not see me wthout an appointment even though the check in sceen offered a stand by option. Ultimately, I had to come back the next day for my set appointment.

I've been to this location twice and both times the staff were extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly. And of course they try not to hurt you when they stick you. Definitely 10 out of 10

On May 6th I went to pick up a container for a stool sample. The employee at the front must have been having a bad day. She was not polite and when I inquired about getting a container she shortly said "Do you have an appointment?" I told her I did on May 9th and she said Do you have an appointment to pick up the container? What test are you having? I told her I needed to get a container for a stool sample? Again she rudely and abruptly asked me what kind of test? I responded it would be on my account because the doctor sent over the orders. She said I would have to have an appointment. I politely told her I would come back when she was in a better mood. What happened to people being polite to their customers. Maybe you should have someone else work the front desk. It is UNACCEPTABLE to treat anyone the way she did. Shame on her. Shame on Quest for requiring people to have an appointment to pick up a sample to bring you business. That is a waste of our time.

This is a great, clean facility! The staff have been wonderful with my young, special needs child... I haven't waited over 5 minutes to be seen and they work very good with her, and do a dance with her when done!..my child is happy to go there,such a stress relief for mom, for sure!
