I had done business with RDA for almost 30 years and I have spent a lot of $ over the years and this past year I was told by Tim , because I had returned an order that was delivered (Which I had notified delivery ahead of time to wait until following week) His exact words “ we have noticed you return orders that we take OUR time to get ready”...and We “ RDA” will not deliver or sell to you (me) due to this... Ok !!

The entire staff is FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and always HELPFUL! They generally always have what I need, and if they don't, they'll call you as soon as the product becomes available.
