Walked in yesterday at 6:49 pm, they close at 7. A guy (Malik) was seating at the desk, looking down, he did say hello, but never looked up, or even got up from his chair until I told him; Maybe if you get up from your chair and actually care and help your customers you will probably make more sales.... He replied; oh i was filling up some paperwork for the guys.... Customer Service? None. If i didn't really needed the shoes i was getting, i would've gone somewhere else or even online and get them, I would not recommend this Store anymore based on Malik service, maybe someone else cares more.

when I went in there they had me use their foot pressure analyzer and the lady there I picked the boots that I wanted and she helped me get the right insole and my feet haven't heard since I bought them and I'm on my second pair now

I brought in 2 pairs work boots to have new soles put on. $300. 8 weeks later picked up. The workmanship is different on both. I've worn one pair 2 times. The sole is peeling off. Crappy workmanship.

I will be buying my boots from this location from now on. I had an issue with my boot and it was handled seamlessly. They took their time and helped me with 10 different pairs until I found a pair I liked.

I had a wonderful experience with Ray and the Redwing service. She made great suggestions, and the store was in excellent condition ?.
I'm definitely telling someone that Redwing is the best of the best.

Bought a pair of shoes while needing attention on another pair of shoes. Water had gotten into one of my shoes and everything seemed normal about the process. Took down my info to let me know when the order came in. They never planned on ordering it. Don't recommend talking to the baba who doesn't do her job. Won't ever go back to buying 300 dollar shoes with them again. (Turns out they had an order for the exact shoe and were holding it for someone else) my order was never in the system smh.

When in today to get my boyfriend boots to start a new job the lady working was very unprofessional, we weren't greeted when we walked in the door when she finally said something it was "what are you looking for" we told her what we were looking for she acted as it inconvenienced her to do her job and said "well everything is labeled on the tags and you can find what you are needing" no offer to get off you a$$ and help us it was very disappointing being we have never bought shoes from this company before.. wasn't a very great first impression. Looks like might need new employees. Will never go bk

The lady that waited on seemed annoyed that I was having issues finding a shoe or boot that fit me correctly. All I ask for was anything in a 10.5 wide and her response was well so me what you want and ill see what we have , brought me what she had and went back to doing something on her computer and left me to fend for myself. Customer service is gone I guess !!!! Sad
