“Where do I begin? Ok! So I have been storing my items here for some years as I currently reside out of the state. I been with them since when they were CubeSmart. ???Ok so I have seen the hands of management change a time or few. The experiences have been very awesome though. The people that are currently working Jeff and Vincent are some of the most understanding and REALIST people I have interacted with. They know what it is like to try to do what you can in a struggling economy. They are NOT judgmental, they are NOT condescending, and they are KIND, SINCERE AND did I mention kind? They are personable and really work for their people. I am appreciative to have stored my items there and hoping to get that stuff out as it has been too many years. ?The only negative comment I have DOES NOT APPLY to the staff but to the greedy azz corp. The rental increases is ridiculous. This ain’t rent. It is a storage unit. Like really.???”

“This is a wonderful storage place where they have a variety of sizes.They have incredible security measures such as passcodes for every door and gate and also have cameras.The staff here are very friendly and helpful.The only thing I would say is there have been break-ins, ours was one of them it's something that just happens. But the staff was very helpful throughout the situation.”

“We are a military family that just moved to Fort Polk from Rhode Island. Our packers in Rhode Island were horrible, a lot of broken belongings, pieces of furniture missing, etc. A OK Moving and Storage handled our move in when we arrived to Ft Polk and what an absolute opposite experience we had with them. They were on-time, pleasant, and went above and beyond. When they came to deliver our belongings, one of the things we were unable to find was the bottom to one of our bed frames. Today, 2 days after delivery, we received an Amazon package from A-OK with this note (picture attached). Such a small gesture but ended a stressful move on a positive note. Thank you guys! We will definitely recommend you to friends in the area.”

“This place has done nothing but raise the rent since I have been here. However, the manager at this location is trying hard to make dealing with Public Storage more pleasant. The 5 stars are for him. He deserves 5 but the company does not. The only complaint that I have regarding the storage itself is that the rent goes up every 6 months with no end in sight. Greed at its finest.”
