“First time at this facility as a auction buyer and I must say from the moment I pulled up I was greeted at the door by a very friendly woman with a beautiful smile Mrs Rachel .She was very sweet and welcoming then I was also welcomed by Ms Essica she was also super sweet and they got me taken care of .The process of purchasing the units went smoothly and we had a good conversation they made me feel like we have been knowing each other forever .I had a great experience and will definitely be back . I really appreciate the ladies and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.”
“My support agent Racheal was helpful and I received all the information I needed really quickly. They reply to emails very fast and the communication is great so that’s a plus. My unit was clean and ready to go once I got there. The only thing i didn’t like is the main gate with the keypad is broken/isn’t working so we had to use the side gate and it’s a bit of a hassle and kind of hard to open sometimes. Other than that I’m satisfied with my storage so far.”
“So I haven't done a review in a while but the experience I had over the weekend with this storage facility deserves recognition. Having used other storage facilities in the past and being floor over how outrageously expensive they were and having to work my schedule around their operating hours left me apprehensive about ever using a storage facility ever again. Saturday morning I found myself in need to store several things and a 1st Choice Storage facility is right down the road from me and I had remembered seeing a sign out front of specials they had so I gave them a call. I spoke with Amanda, I believe she was is Mississippi, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, through, and very efficient and after a couple of quick emails to sign some paperwork and give her my payment information i not only had the storage I needed but I had it at a price that is very very affordable. My unit was clean, well lit, it's code gated so I can access it at anytime day or night 24/7 365. If you're looking for a great deal on storage make 1st Choice Storage your first choice. PS. I with there was a higher rating than just 5 but there's not so I'll add to my 5 rating with an A+ because it's well deserved. Thank you 1st Choice Storage for understanding the value of a dollar at a time when our economy is struggling a bit, the peace of mind you give by offering such an affordable storage facility is very much appreciated. “I had a great experience. This van was perfect for me. The price point was fantastic. However I have a question. I took the van full tank. After 3.2 miles, I topped it up near my home. It took $7.93 worth of gas at $3.29. That's 2.4g. It was another 3.2 miles back. So, I paid $7.94 for 6.4 miles. It doesn't add up. B My feeling is the tank was not full when I took the van.
I'm not bitching too much about this. But you may want to check into the practice at your U-Haul locations. It is possible for someone to siphon off some gas. Indicator will look like it is full but it is not. Unfortunately our fuel indicators are not accurate. But this practice needs to be investigated.
I'm giving a 4 due to this issue. Otherwise it would be 5.”
