Each of the guys were very courteous, very professional!!! The guys had Alices "stuff" completely packed within a few hours. All upholstered furniture was wrapped with saran wrap to protect against varmints away. These guys were GREAT!”

“Beaumont POD location was fantastic the only positive experience I had with Pods were the employees here. I was at work while the PODs were delivered and I explained how I would like them placed and explained I was in an HOA and they sent pictures and kept me informed!”
“Although I cannot remember the name of the well mannered, polite gentleman slim build with dreadlocks. His costumer service demeanor was superb. He was very professional, & patient. He acknowledged everyone as they walked in as well as those that called in. Upon my second visit there to get a truck, it just so happens that I got the same exact truck as the 1st time... what are the odds.. the young lady there was the only one at the counter a d believe me she did her absolute best to maintain the line and the phones. She did an amazing job. Kudos to the employees at the I-10 Uhaul facility!!!”
