I really tried avoiding this review, but after speaking with a store, them telling me to speak with customer service, and then customer service referring me back to a store, I am beyond frustrated.Long story short, I bought a pair of Adidas on March 1, 2024. The Cloudfoam bottom gave out and split open. I have worn these shoes probably a total of 5 times and have not run, worked out, done physical labor in them. I literally bought them because they are slip on sneakers for me to get on/off quick at the airport. Okay, no big deal, their site says that if it caused by a manufacturers defect, you are covered. GREAT! It split right at the seam where the Cloudfoam soles are put together, I am covered, or at least you would think.Needless to say, I travel for work and I didn't even take the receipt from the store because I didn't think I would need it. I threw the box away at my hotel that evening.Now, because I have no box,no receipt, I can't even get a damaged and defective exchange unless a store manager approves it? What about the part of the site that says if it's caused by a defect, it's covered. Well, the customer service department told me that statement isn't true because it's done at the store level, and it's "up to their manager." The shoe split right at the seam where the sole is put together. You can see it in the photos attached because the very bottom portion of the sole is still there, but the side of the shoe split off. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't do an exchange for something like this. The purchase was done March 1, 2024, at the store in Victoria, TX, and today is March 21, 2024.Keep in mind, I'm not asking for a return. I'm simply asking for an exchange for the SAME product, but instead I'm left with a shoe that looks like this:Edit: this review is NOT in regard to the Beaumont, TX store directly. I am not sure why it attached to that specific location.Second edit: the Beaumont store solved my issue! Big thanks to them! No thanks given to Victoria or Corporate teams though!

Finally a place to get good shoes at a good price and they have some shoes in wide width. Just got two pair delivered and I'm very pleased. Perfect fit on both pair. Fixing to order another pair !

Me and a friend went here last week and there was not an employee in sight for over 20 minutes. They have great shoes for a great price though.

I went to the shoe department in Beaumont Texas there was only one person there to help and she knew nothing about the men's department it took me 20 minutes to see if they had a match to another shoe I would not recommend going there again

this place is trash. waited 30 minutes for them to go get the shoe just to come back and take the person in line behind me and go get there’s. service was extremely rude and obviously can’t do their jobs right. don’t go here.

Went to buy shoes for my daughters bought a pair of size 6 vans took them 20 mins to find the matching shoe I drove back to my house and when she went to try them on the matching shoe was a size 5 I took them back to get the right size shoe and after another 20 mins of them trying to find it in the back of the store I was told it was mismated and they could only give me my money back but my daughter was upset because she really wanted those shoes and we can't find them anywhere else

Shoe Department has a good selection of shoes so there were options available for both dress and casual shoes. Prices were better than competitors.
