Very bad costumer service. The lady identified herself as manager of the store and upon asking I was told that her name was Mia. I complained about a shoe that I had previously purchased from the same store and her response was so rude. I’ve explained the entire matter in my complaint on the official website. But I was so disappointed regarding the costumer service. Her behaviour was like the brand doesn’t care!

Large store. My past and future with Skechers is online. The store agents were very rude and non attentive when I arrived to return an item ordered online.

Worst outlet I’ve ever visited. Customer service is terrible. My husband went to return my shoes that we got less than 2 months ago from the store and they refused the return. The lady told my husband “How would I make sure you got it from here?!” Jn a very rude way although he stated that it’s in his credit card record and that they have it on their system of course! The item is defective that one of the pair actually gets off my foot whenever I walk! The policy for defective items doesn’t require the original packing and they have the receipt in their records of course!!
Called Sketchers customer service and they are helping me without the need to deal with this branch! I am a regular Sketchers customer but I am not buying from this branch again!

Worst customer service ever! The manager was very rude. We were directed by corporate customer service to come to this store for an exchange and they refused to do the exchange and then said their customer service policies didn’t matter to them at the store. The manger also refused to give us her name or boss’s name. She gave us no option. We just can’t do business with the whole company any more.

It's supposed to close at a 9 o'clock, but I went over there at 8:45 PM and the guy was sitting down there and the doors were locked and don't open the door. He say his manager not allowing. Such a poor management I was there to spend some money that’s why companies go in a loss because they don’t have good skillful workers

Workers standing at the counter talking. They tell customers who are spending money in their store trying on shoes with young children that they do not have a public restroom. Clearly they do not care about customer satisfaction given the other similar reviews. Won’t be back.

If I could give negative stars I would. The two ladies working on 11/7/24 talked to each other the entire time I walked around the store, no one to help you at all nor did they offer. So in other words you have to have a store wide BOGO sale in order to stay open because with ladies like that working you won’t ever make any money.

I went inside Skechers outlet in Beaumont and a young lady walked up and said welcome to Skechers. Can I help you and who was walking off to look at the shoes? Another one walked up so let me see the ones you want I showed the ones on my feet they are sketchers. I need two pages like it. She said there and walked off. The other lady walked off and walked out the door. If I can’t get help I don’t need to spend my money there.
