I went to this store yesterday and they were very friendly, we looked for the tennis shoes we wanted and went to pay but when my mother got to the checkout we were greeted by an employee who was not friendly at all, she seemed upset and moody, I understand that sometimes you don't have a Good day but it's a job to serve well and respond respectfully, we always go to this store since an aunt of ours in Mexico loves the brand because the sneakers are soft and comfortable and they always serve us very well but this time it was the exception

Stopped here looking for work shoes this morning. Very unfriendly and definitely no helpful employees here. There was 2 women. I asked twice, finally one walked over. Yet no size selection. 2 sizes!! I left empty handed. Wouldn't recommend this store. Unfortunately the only one in this area :(

Decent selection, but everything was all mixed up and difficult to find what I was looking for. When I tried asking for help they acted like I was bothering them and just pointed. Places like this make it so easy for me to shop online.

The store is very well laid out, in that they have an aisle specifically for Wide Width shoes. They had more of a selection than I expected.I browsed online before I went to the store and there was a questionnaire to help you determine which lines of their shoes fit your needs (high arches, slip resistant, etc.). They will even email you the results so you can go to the store and show the employees which ones you are interested in trying on. That was very helpful.The employees were also very helpful. They were running a BOGO-half-off sale, and the ones that were not included had a tag on them. That was neat and helpful.When I got to the register, they asked if I was a Rewards member. I had just signed up online the night before, but hadn't completed my profile, so my phone number wasn't coming up. They waited patiently for me to log in on my cell phone to add my phone number so they could find me. They wanted to make sure I got my points. And then, because I was spending over $100, she gave me the additional 10% discount as a Welcome Reward.I was very pleased with the experience and I'm sure I'll love the shoes. I will be back.

I have fallen in love with SKECHERS WarehouseOutlet. I have bought several pair of tennis shoes from there. I love the ones you just slip them on ur feet without having to untie & tie them back. Step in the tennis shoes & u r on ur way. I found a couple of these on the clearance rack in the back of the store. I lose my mind when I go to SKECHERS.
