I was in this store today. Despite my research on the gift I was looking for, I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of options. Jim stopped by and was kind enough to walk me through what I was looking for and help me ensure that I had the best option for me. Jim made my visit spectacular.

Stopped in today. Was next in line, as soon as I'm at register the cashier guy took off to talk with customer. Line forming behind me I asked another worker could he check us out he said no. So I asked the original cashier to come check us out SUPER RUDE!! customer he was talking to even said my bad go check them out. He still stood there looking sour. Not sure if his pony tail was to tight or his pants was BUT SO RUDE I WALKED OUT. Don't be in customer service if you don't want to do ur job.

The girls and I, stopped in at Spec's in Beaumont, Tx for Christmas Gifts! My daughter and her husband drinks! And when I say drink, he can put away some liquor, with very little soda! I bought them a bottle of 1800 Silver Tequila and a bottle of Seagrams 100 Proof Vodka! The price of each item was much cheaper than the liquor store close to where I live! The service was excellent, the lady checking me out was very attentive. The lady got boxes to put my bottles in, instead of bags, was so muchearlierto handle. The selection at Spec's is so much better and the prices were so much better. I also bought Kahlua Mudslide @ an unbelievable price! The visit was much cheaper than what I anticipated! The little candies 🍬 stuck out also. I bought Pickle flavored Cotton Candy, Junior Mints, Crabby Patty Kabob. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Spec's is a go to place if u want to save money!

I went to Spec’s yesterday to purchase tequila. As I was looking at the various options available I noticed the workers were watching me the entire time. Several workers came and asked if I need help. I kindly said no. The one guy came back peeping and standing close by. I verbally made it clear that I do not have to steal anything out of their store. Yesterday was my last time stepping foot in there. I felt violated and disrespected to the upmost.
