was ok considering i was stuck there for over 3 hours to wait on a bus to pick me up to go home to north central texas. they could provide a couple benches or something for the bus travelers outside, i did have to go in and charge my phone some so i could have it for my ticket and most of the employees were very nice and understanding even with my service dog in tow with me but this one employee she may have been a shift leader or manager i dont know she wasnt wearing a name tag that said she was or wasnt, she approched and goes excuse me that your bag outside kinda rudely and snoty and i said yes maam it is i am waiting for a bus im just charging my phone enough to to last till bus gets here for my ticket, then she snaps n goes well the dog cant be in here and i stopped her mid track and before she could walk off in front of another custmer and said me he can would you like to see his papers i be more then happy to show you and she no you dont haqve a vest for him and i said no i dont it is not requided by law and his was stolen and she said something under her breath and both me and the other custer said at the same time would you like to see the papers and said no again and the other custmer said that i was telling the truth the only thing that im requide by law when asked is to prese4nt his papers that i do not have to make him prefore his duties or anything of that nature or wear a vest if i chose for him not to. and she showed the lady her phone and i guess she had looked it up and by that time i had his paper out and said her and this is better than from your personal doctor btw too. and both ladys looked it up down and the one went to web site puched his numners in and up popped my Wallie Jack. i was handed his paper back and appoagized to from the custmer but not thr employee. so she can kiss it. we sat outside and got solicitated for money and smokes im waiting on a bus with a animal with everything in 1 bag what makes u think i got money or smokes, then we got rained on. but the bus finally got there a little early, but late to my first stop thank god for lay overs

Awful experience the manager rude also don't wash her hands after dealing with food and money stoped to buy cigarettes and she asked me to leave told her call police you being racist am hispanic I don't see her treating anyone else same way uncalled for...

I have no issue with the service here. The guy who runs the counter is very nice and quick to get you out and on your way. The selection is great inside and you can satisfy your sweet tooth late at night!

I been coming to this place a lot and they are always nice especially the Manager but today the restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels and I ask for some up front and the guy with face tattoos said he do it in his own time and to not bother him and then went outside to talk to his buddy

While the lot may not be free of trash& the floors clear of stains,& smells of burnt coffee,& restrooms that are far beyond sub par, the gas plan is by far the #2 spot in Beaumont.
