I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was even able to get my new prescription lenses the same appointment with minimal wait.

I wanted to update my review for Stanton Optical because they remain my favorite eye exam/glasses spot in Beaumont, and it's been 4 years since my last review. I went in today for one pair of new glasses and left with three. This is because Megan, the very sweet and kind person who assisted me, worked very hard on my final bill. I have insurance; however, as we all know, that hardly covers the high price of frames and lenses. Let me repeat myself: I went in for one pair because that's all I thought I could afford. I left with 2 pairs of adorable glasses and a smoking hot pair of sunglasses for the amount I was going to spend on 1 pair. They have tons of high-end choices for glasses and the staff is *chef's kiss* excellent. Thank you again, Megan!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was in a bind and needed glasses same day. The customer service was outstanding and they even dealt with my 2 year old who was running around like a crazy person no matter how much I tried to wrangle him. Everyone was so nice and helped me get exactly what I needed for the best price. I will definitely be going here for glasses and contacts from now on!

3 appointments later and still they were unable to help me correct there error. On first appointment had to wait for nearly an hour and did all the legwork to have insurance cover appointment. The eye doctor isn't even there they are virtual. 2nd appointment went back because prescription was way off, I was told it would be emailed to me. Never received email and called. Then was told they couldn't email because it violated HIPPA, which meant I had to go back in person for a 3rd time and had to wait two hours because doctor had to make correction, doctor was not available and I left empty handed. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY, GO SOMEWHWERE ELSE.

LOOKING FOR GLASSES, PICKED OUT 2 PAIRS. THEN WAS TOLD YOU CAN ONLY PICK FROM CERTAIN COLOR CODED FRAMES. MADE 2nd TRIP BACK TO STORE, SAID THEY DIDN'T, GET A GOOD READING???. 3rd TRIP BACK TO STORE, WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!! TOLD THEM I DID "NOT" WANT THE MID RANGE. ONLY GOT PARTIAL MONEY BACK, RIP OFF!!! TOTAL OF 180 MILES WASTED, FOR NOTHING.

My husband purchased his glasses from Stanton Optical yesterday. He was pleased with the selection of frames available to choose from. Megan waited on him and she did a great job with helping him choose the best glasses. He is very satisfied with the service he received. We will both be choosing Stanton Optical for future purchases.

DC, Jessica and Toya were extremely patient and helpful as I picked out my glasses, my six-year-old picked out her glasses and I also picked our & tried multiple types of colored contacts today. This was both of our very first times to do anything like this. Special shout out to DC. Thank you for recommending the contact color I ended up with and being the most patient human being, and teaching me good techniques to put in and take out my contacts. I thought I was going to be good at it. It looks easy, but it wasn’t. Thank you guys so much for your help today! Thank you for your patience with my six-year-old! Thank you Toya for showing her the cool pictures of our eyes. ? Thank you Jessica for making us comfortable and being so friendly & organized ?

I have been coming here since 2017 and have never been wronged, I even put my dad and sister here since the customer service has always been topped notch. Today was exceptional. They repaired the nose pads on my glasses in a few minutes without an appointment. Will always recommend ?
