I called Store Space on Aug 28th to verify an attendant would be on duty on the Saturday prior to Labor Day. I was told, yes by a super friendly employee. Sure enough, I arrive with movers from out of state found a sign on the door. CLOSED!! My anxiety was on 10 because this was my 1st storage experience in my 50-year lifespan. I didn't know what size storage would be best, and this is why I prefer dealing with a human, instead of being sent to a website to guess my way through the process. Luckily, I registered my unit online but would NOT do business with them again because I prefer customer service over a website. The audacity......I was even charged a $29.99 administration fee.
ABSURD!!! I did the work. Kudos to the ladies at the front desk, whom I met, just this past week!!!!!!! They receive all the complaints and irritated customers while upper management is unavailable. This administration fee is a top complaint, as I quickly noticed, from other lobby conversations during my in-person visit.

Both women at the front desk were absolutely amazing!! They had my baby smiling the whole time he was here with us getting a unit. If you need a unit come here!!!!!!!!!

People keep talking about customer serivce and I have no idea how or why? In order to contact corporate you have to fill out a form and hope they call you. (They havent) The woman in Beaumont now is beyond awful.
I Had 3 units for several years. Cleared out the 2 outside. Woman told me she was charging me 500 dollar cleaning fee because she didnt believe that I had cleaned them out, despite having photo proof. Rat infestation that ate the ears and nose of my taxidermy deers. And the damage and droppings from their rats, im responsible for cleaning out and removing from the unit so im getting charged for that to.

The number provided in responce did not bring me to a person to resolve this, but led me to do the ring around of submitting another request to be contacted.

I can't say enough good things about this storage facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to help me find the right unit and answer all my questions. They were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely friendly-it's rare to find that level of customer service these days!
If you're looking for a storage facility that truly values its customers and takes pride in its property, this is the place. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience using this storage unit! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and making the move-in process quick and easy. The unit was clean, secure, and exactly as described.
I especially appreciated the climate-controlled environment, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe no matter the weather. Access hours were convenient, and the facility felt very secure with gated entry and surveillance.
