Customer service is rude and no help. I forgot her name I was in such disbelief. She told me I’m just a home owner not a technician so I wouldn’t know what the problem is OBVIOUSLY that’s why I’m calling…. WTH?? So I just said thank you and hung up. Don’t waste your time.
